Extremely poor customer service, they took a very long time to make the food and the they didn’t have the vegetables that all subways have.

I only go to this location because it’s around the corner from my mother’s house, and my son loves Subway. The problem I have with this store is it never has the advertised bags that come with the kids meal. The cashier looks at me stupidly when I ask about the bags. Today, I asked for my son’s usual order. When it was time to pay, once again, no kids bag. When I asked for the bag, the cashier told me I ordered a six inch sub, not the 3 inch sandwich that comes with the kids meal. Im sure that’s the same size sandwich the other guy normally makes for us. How did that get mixed up? Did I not state my request clearly? He offered the kids bag, I thought, at no extra cost. Not only was I charged for the bag, it was a brown paper bag with a puzzle or something glued to the front of it! I asked why I was charged for that; I got a crazy answer from the cashier. I told him I’m not eating at this location again, paid the man, and left.

Ok, not a great location. But — The girl behind the counter actually listened to what I was asking for and got four out of four Sandwiches exactly right. Sadly, this is not always the case in any fast food. Plus, the place was surprisingly clean — not like hospital clean, but cleaner than 95% of other fast food places I’ve been in. The employee was friendly and courteous which, again, is more and more uncommon these days.
