I was intrigued by a fellow Unilocal review to try this place out and was excited by the no-insurance office visit price. I wish my experience had been as good as hers. I didn’t get to actually have my appointment after 45 minutes of waiting because I had to go pick kids up from school. The couch was comfortable and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t think I’ll be giving this place another try though, not because of anger or anything, I just think I would prefer having time to get to know my physician and I don’t see how that happens here with people bustling in and out so quickly.

Sylvi Beaumont is amazing. I was one of those people who(stupidly) suffered through back pain and was skeptical of letting people twist me and work on my back and spine. I wish I had come to Dr. Beaumont 5 years ago when the pain started. I admit, there were a lot of sessions in the beginning, but I stuck it out. Now, 6 months later, I am pain free and go approximately every 10 days to see her. At $ 35/visit without insurance, there’s no reason not to go.

Sylvi Beaumont’s practice is absolutely amazing. She and her team, including Deidre at the front desk(I believe that’s her name), are so thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Beaumont will remember things that I said to her in passing months earlier, and Deidre always remembers my name and is a welcoming face to see when I first enter. The appointments are quick and to the point, and if you come late or have scheduled your appointment for later in the day, you can expect to wait 15 – 20 minutes to be seen. They really cram in the appointments, but that’s what keeps the cost so accessibly low($ 25 a session with my insurance) so you won’t hear me complaining. When I tell people that I go to a chiropractor, they often respond by telling me how they don’t trust them and can’t maintain the«come every week for the rest of your life» suggestion that so many seem to make. This is where Sylvi Beaumont truly stands out. Her goal is to make it so that you have to come as infrequently as possible. I started out going twice a week, and once my back was able to adjust better, that became once a week, and then quickly turned into every other week. She has such a high level of integrity and you can see it throughout her practice. My only regret is that I’m moving soon. Dr. Beaumont set the bar so high that I don’t think I’ll be able to find another chiropractor quite as remarkable as she is. Try her out, and then refer everyone you know.

Dr. Beaumont is a miracle worker! My mom has been going for years and finally convinced not only me but my dad and brother to go see her too. She has helped us all so much. It’s so nice to be pain free. It took about 2 weeks to straighten me out and now I just go in for adjustments when I need it. She is so wonderful!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Beaumont for over 7 years. She is a true healer. I have recommended her to many, many people and they all come back to thank me. She has assisted in all my personal varieties of pain: neck, shoulder, back, wrist, knee. I don’t know what I would do if not for her skilled hands. If you have back pain, I can not recommend her enough, go… NOW!!!

Fantastic! I’ve been«interviewing» quite a few chiropractors since moving to New Orleans, trying to find someone that is thorough, straight forward and professional. I have a fantastic chiropractor back home in Atlanta, and he really set me up for understanding what I need to look ifor in a Chiropractor. Dr. Beaumont didn’t disappoint. I had my first appointment with her today, and she was exceptionally thorough. She spent over 30+ minutes prior to any adjustments in evaluating my body and needs, testing certain areas for problems and tension, etc. She was informative and educational at all times, providing me information on what she was doing, steps I could do at home to help the process, and explaining where my spine was out of alignment. I felt at ease and informed thorughout the entire process, and also felt comfortable to ask as many questions as necessary. What I was trying to avoid was a Chiropractor that popped me on the table and adjusted me within th efirst 10 minbubtes of meeting me, with no understanding of what my issues are and what I’m looking to gain out of Chiropractic care. She certainly passed the test. I’m excited about continuing to see Dr. Beaumont. (her office staff is great, too. Handled all insurance, etc. etc. etc.)

A true healer, she will never make you come for treatments that are unnecessary. I only go when there is pain, and with two or three visits, I am usually healed. I like her because she doesn’t bilk you out of money, or that or your insurance company. Her treatment is serious, straightforward, and works. Years ago when I fell down some stairs and twisted my ankle, she helped me when I couldn’t see an MD. Her approach to health and sports medicine is cutting edge, yet ancient. I have seen her for other ailments as well, when I would have been spinning my wheels seeing an assortment of other health practicioners. Some people wouldn’t think of a DCH for most ailments, but she CAN help in may ways, not just backs, necks, and the like… I recommend Dr. Beaumont to any one who has had it with traditional health care providers, and wants to be healed once and for all. Front desk help is not as nice as it once was, but it is a very small trade off for the quality of care you receive from Dr. Beaumont.
