I’m a new T mobile customer, and I had an issue with my phone not working. I was just getting off of work, and I arrived about an hr before closing. A gentleman by the name of Joseph was kind enough to help me. When the issue could not be resolved in store, he let me use their phone because mine was not working. He had good customer service skills! Very patient and nice. His co worker Keyontae did not. She was unpleasant and had attitude FORNOREASON. The store was closing soon, but I had no interaction with her for her to act that way! I felt unwelcomed and left with regrets for switching to t mobile. So, if you go to this location ask for Joseph or anybody else because Keyontae needs to work on customer service.
