Be careful when you rent from here. I went on-line and reserved a truck from here. They called and verified that my truck was ready. When I picked my truck up, I didn’t notice that they gave me a bigger truck. When I went back to pay for it, they tried to charge me for the bigger truck. Good thing I had my confirmation e-mail printed out or they would’ve charged me for the bigger truck even though they made a mistake by giving it to me. I also requested some blankets to be in the truck. I got home and there were no blankets. I had to drive all the way back to get the blankets. The U-haul employee just pointed to the blankets and told me to get what I needed. They didn’t even offer to help me load them. At the time, they were running a deal where if there was anything wrong with th order, they would refund $ 50. When o asked about it, the associate said I was«wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about» and refused the refund. I noted her name and complained to U-haul’s coporate complaint center. I only received a standard form e-mail that they were reveiwing my complant and they would contact me. I hope to hear from them but I’m not holding my breath.
