Needed a vehicle for a trip and called this location. The rep was super kind and accommodating to my needs and scheduled a reservation. Upon arrival I received the exact vehicle discussed clean and fresh. Because of my temporary disability, I was assisted and made to feel more comfortable. They catered above and beyond to help!
The vehicle after an hour of driving had a horrible shake to it. I called and the man was instantly willing to find me a replacement on our route to avoid inconvenience! We arrived at the other location to an identical vehicle and no hold up! All was handled fast and with complete courtesy!
I am very impressed with the pricing, service, and attitude of he company and it’s reps!
