Certainly authentic, family owned, cozy hole in the wall with some of the best Peruvian food I’ve had. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Chullos Kitchen and now we found it! A must go. Pros: love the chips, corn and sauces they bring complementary. Seafood was fresh and seasoned really well. Was told the rotisserie chicken was a 10. Very reasonably priced. Cons: wish I tried the soup too! Cheers.

The place is a jem. Their portions are SO generous that you won’t be able to finish them unless you starve before hand. The prices are amazing. We had the personal Jalea and it was like for 2 people. Very tasty. Lomo saltado is also a generous portion, very well seasoned and juicy dish. The roasted chicken is very tender and full 9f flavor. I do encourage you to call beforehand because they run out of it pretty quickly. Which is a good thing. Since you don’t really want dry chicken. We have dined in and also take out.

Best place ever. Small and cozy, Peruvian food is the best, and this restaurant knows all about it! Prices are unbeatable. It’s a hidden gem in New Rochelle. Very clean, and the food is fresh made.

As a Peruvian fella I’m very particular as to where I eat Peruvian food. This place is quaint but it has great food. The waitress is really friendly. Their lomo saltado is pretty on point. Only reason I did not give them five stars is because their Pollo a la Brasa did not taste great. Not sure what happened there.

I can’t remember who recommended this place to me, but I admit to being a little disappointed at first. The space is a little underwhelming, but everything else? Great. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. I had a grilled chicken dish, and it was fantastic. You know how chicken can often be dry or rubbery? Not here. Nope. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Frankly, this might be the best grilled chicken I’ve had in a while.

We had dinner at Las Lineas this week, and we were really up for some good Peruvian/Spanish food. Unfortunately, that’s not what we got. We ordered two signature dishes, Lomo Saltado and Seafood Paella, one Peruvian dish, and one Spanish dish. The menu described the Lomo as prepared with filet mignon with peppers, onions, tomatoes and white potatoes. Sounds good, right? The actual dish was prepared with cheap, totally over cooked, tough strips of sirloin. The white potatoes were French fries that were literally soaked in salt. The dish was terrible, couldn’t eat it. The paella rice was undercooked and hard, while the seafood was overcooked, dry and tough. Another terrible dish. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and they certainly falsely represented the Lomo on their menu.

We went for lunch and got some really good authentic Peruvian food. I got the mondonguito which was tripe with vegetables and tacu tacu so flavorful and huge portion.(I took half home). Hubby got steak and eggs and salad also huge portion. Both meals came with a chicken soup that had gizzard and egg and feet with garlic and cilantro(one of the best chicken soups I’ve ever had.) I almost asked to take a quart home and asked which days they have it on special it was that good. The wine selection is really limited so I hope they’re open for byow at night but this is such a great find because it used to be that you had to trek all the way to Port Chester(the other end of the earth) for good peruvian food. Not anymore. We will definitely be back!

Found this place while walking with my wife looking for something to eat. The exterior of the place is very unassuming and if you don’t look closely you can miss it. My wife ordered the pork chops, they were not greasy and very moist just delicious! I ordered the Talapia which was just amazing! The place is very clean, the service was very personable and the server was highly knowledgeable of the food. The prices are very reasonable, especially the lunch menu. The ambiance made us feel as if we were in Peru, a place we definitely come to again. This is our new spot to eat at when we are in the area.

Great food and really big portions. The service is a little slow, so don’t go there in a rush. Just enjoy the food and relax.

Driven past this spot a few times and didn’t even know it was there. Definitely worth stopping by, décor is nice, staff is friendly and food is fresh and delicious. My friends have been here and tried lomo Saltado, a la pobre, naska and chicharon de pescau haven’t been disappointed yet. Another plus prices are great and the restaurant is not usually full(until people discover it). Try the chicha morada, Classic Peruvian drink that’s amazing!

Great food great service. The décor is warm and the food is delicious. I love the shrimp and chicken in garlic sauce. It’s a perfect sauce, the garlic is there but not terribly over powering.

This is a hidden gem of fresh, delicious, affordable Peruvian food. You get chips with delicious salsas for free. The ceviche is incredible. Yuca Frita or Papas ala Huancaina is so yummy. The portions are generous and beautifully presented.
