Good people good times. This restaurant was hidden away on a marina @ the New Rochelle shoreline. My family and I had pranzo here with our NY «family». My son tried the signature gnocchi with pesto dish, it far exceeded even his high expectations. I tried an old stand by: spaghetti and meatballs, also excellent, with freshly made spaghetti(read homemade) but far too much red sauce for my liking. The artichokes fried were to kill for, very reminiscent of Jewish/roman style. We tried the calamari and clams casino appetizers as well. Both were well prepared and tasty. Others in our party order brunch specials and salads. I was surprised by the diversity of the menu. We tried the tiramisu for dessert, good, but the standout was the Nutella s’mores pizza, maneggia !!! Worth the 3 hour ride. Will be back soon. Great service. Very clean and courteous staff.

We arrived and the host was very nice, we sat down in a nicely decorated restaurant and the waiter came over immediately and took out drink order! The appetizers arrived shortly after that and they were delicious and the service was good. The drinks were good and the main course was nice! As we are sitting enjoying ourselves one of the restaurant patrons jumps up from the seat! Mickey made a visit to restaurant ! There goes Patsy’s experience for me!!! If you are going to charge $ 14.00 dollars a drink you better have a good exterminator to take care of business! Definitely would not go back and definitely would not recommend it!!! Not worth the money!

Nope! Never again. Ive been to original Patsys as well as the one in Queens and have been blown away. This one is just terrible. Steak was disgusting with no flavor & about a pound of mushrooms-I guess they were trying to cover up how bad it was. Pizza was even worse. How can you serve someone pizza that when it folds it not only flops down but it falls off the crust! Seems like NOTHING will last in this location ever since The Waterfront closed up

Hidden gem! Maybe everyone else knows about Patsy’s but I just discovered this place, and so glad I did. Went here for brunch, no bottomless drinks but that’s ok. I walked in expecting the place to be eh, but was quite surprised by how beautiful the place was & the great ambiance. I had the silver dollar pancakes and bacon and it was absolutely delicious! The pancake was crispy yet nice and soft, at the same damn time! My bacon was tasty yummy goodness. Finally, I have a place to brunch in New Roc.

Not for cheap people. Yes it’s expensive for a pizza place. It’s more like a pizza night club. Awesome bar, good wings fun for sports, plenty of parking and a good view!

So I decided to try this place after coming here a while ago, when the BBQ place was here in place of this restaurant and failed. The ambiance is quite nice, great size interior and out. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We ordered basic lunch first we had the small Margarita Pizza and Chicken Pesto sandwich. The pizza was cooked perfectly with a slightly burnt crust which is what we like, also thin in crust. The sandwich I had was made to perfection, the freshest ingredients, the bread was just right. I truly have no complaints about this place food and ambiance wise. On the downside some of the menu items are on the higher priced side. Then again someone once told me cheap food isn’t good and good food isn’t cheap.

I had never heard of the Patsy’s chain before we booked our son’s first birthday party here. When we went for lunch one day, we were blown away. The giant meatballs with fresh cheese were doused in a delicious sauce, the pizza was thin, crispy, and well cooked, but the gnocchi… dense but not heavy, in a sauce that had the perfect balance between truffle and pesto… sooo heavenly. We were confident everything would taste good for the party. We had been working with Megan, one of the managers the whole time leading up but unfortunately she was not there for the actual day of… makes me wonder why they didn’t match us with whoever was scheduled to be on that day? Anyway we worked with Gladys and Antonio. Gladys was pretty hands off, just checking in once in a while. Antonio was a lifesaver. Very accomodating to our many requests, especially during set up, and serving the food in our(very) crowded party. All the guests raved about the food and seems like everyone had a good time, especially the kids :) They didn’t even have an issue with a pack of guests migrating to the bar, which helped ease the crowding issue inside. We hung out for a while after the party and staff was again welcoming and never made us feel like we had overstayed. The waitstaff was excellent even though it was busy and confusing with the array of different orders, and very efficient and setting up and cleaning up. The room was open for service again within a half hour after the party ended, I was impressed. Dreaming of that gnocchi til the next time we go! Side note — gnocchi is not as good the next day as left overs since the sauce separates :(

Food was very tasty! Setting was comfortable and beautifully decorated although the music was a bit loud. Service could have been better. Tried a couple of different appetizers which included the fried artichokes(delicious!!) and clams casino, also very good. The blue point oysters were very fresh! The restaurant is packed on Friday night and the weekend so getting a seat is a bit difficult.

Went to Patsy’s in New Rochelle for my birthday last night. I was thrilled that they opened up right by my home. It wasn’t just me but my whole family. Service was nice. The wait staff is very attentive. We had the buffalo wings and a large chicken cutlets and cherry peppers pizza. Par for the course, the food was fantastic. We had cheesecake, chocolate lava cake and gelato for dessert… all amazing. I ordered an Irish coffee and that was very good. I have been telling my neighbors and friends about Patsy’s and I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful restaurant with a nice outdoor seating section. The place was packed on a Saturday night… Sounds perfect right? Except the terrible service was so bad that it ruined the entire experience. It took easily 50 minutes to get our food and when it did come they forgot my husbands meal. The waitress apologized then promised us free dessert only to FORGET she did so. They also repeated that we didn’t want meat in the pasta then sure enough… Meat was our pasta. I hope they realize they have a nice thing going and do some management changes or else it will end up just like the last few places. Pros: great ambiance, outdoor seating, good food. Cons: terrible service. Terrible service. Terrible service. Quite expensive for a so so Italian spot. I will not be back. Cheers

Genuine brick oven pizza, but not the best. The place was very busy. Fortunately, we made a reservation, which they honored. There was a long line out the door so that was certainly impressive. When we sat, we realized the place is extremely loud. Conversation with anyone not sitting right next to you is a challenge. Also, we were sitting right under a jumbo screen that was showing live poker from Las Vegas. Why? It was bizarre. We politely asked the waiter about it. His reply was, I think those people over there like it :/Odd. Our waiter was professional, but this was a strike against him. We also found him to be a bit an imposing salesman. Table bread arrived fresh, but weirdly chopped up and cold, with little packs of cold butter. Not sure why, but i was expecting warm pizza dough bread and olive oil. Not that. Our group of six started with a pepperoni pizza margarita then everyone got mains. The pizza crust was perfect but the pizza was sparsely covered with cheese and the pepperoni was invisible. The waiter said the pepperoni is under the cheese(so there wasn’t much) in order to keep it from burning in the brick oven. If you’ve ever been to Grimaldi’s in NYC, you know that the abundance of crisp pepperoni on top is what makes that dish so great. Also, the pepperoni was thin-sliced like the stuff you might buy in a bag at Stop & Shop. My expectation is that it would have been hand-cut smaller chucks/bits. Not that either. I ordered a diet coke. It came in an 8 oz glass bottle(not a 12oz can) with a glass of half-melted ice. That was annoying. So, at $ 2.50 each(size and price not on the menu), I ended up spending $ 5 on 16oz of Coke. That was even more annoying. For my meal, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The waiter said it was a specialty of the house. I was interested in something simple. The waiter said they make the pasta on-site. The pasta was undercooked and sort of bendy, like undercooked ramen. Very strange. The meatballs were meaty and had good texture, but were under-seasoned. I ended up loading on the crushed pepper and parmesan cheese. Also at the table were an assortment of salads(kale with shrimp was said to be very good) and a daily special menu chicken, which looked great but got a «good» from my discerning friend. All in all, I think the place is trading on it’s reputation and needs to up it’s game soon. There are MANY better choices for everything on the menu. I left feeling like they spent the money on the environment, and the operation, but were cutting corners on the menu wherever possible. With one large pizza as our group app, no alcoholic drinks, and no desert or coffee, it was a limited meal. Still, it came to $ 60 per couple, tax and tip included. So, considering our limited order this place is SPENDY. I may go back. But, if I have the same experience again, that’ll be the last time.

Upon arriving at Patsy’s Pizzeria at 2 Pelham Rd, it’s easy to see a positive change has been made. From the elegant and modern outdoor cocktail area, to the newly enclosed private party room that has ample space to accommodate a number of tables, Patsy’s Pizzeria is impeccably designed down to the last detail. The bar is well stocked with high end liqours and a nice craft beer selection(Cpt.Lawrence, Coney Island, amongst others). A high glass partition divides the bar from the dining room, thus reducing noise and allowing for good conversation in either part of the restaurant. By far one of my favorite things at Patsy’s Pizzeria is the incredible coal fired oven that is in full view of the restaurant cranking out their famous pies! Now I know what you want to know, «hows the food? and the service?» well, I can assure you both are fantastic! I started with Burrata and Tomato Caprese salad. The burrata was fresh, creamy, and just plain out of this world. The dish also had great roasted peppers, some mixed greens and olives in a simply divine vincotto. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and continually checked on us, as did the manager and other waitstaff members to make sure everything was going great. After the Caprese, I had a Margherita pizza and the Homemade Gnocchi. Patsy’s Pizzeria is indeed famous for their pies so I absolutely had to get a taste for myself and let me tell you they have it down perfect! The dough was light and airy while also being perfectly crunchy; without a doubt one of the best pizzas available in Westchester and certainly in New Rochelle. The sauce was delicious and with the fresh basil added after cooking it was amazingly light. Patsy’s Pizzeria offers a number of pies and I cannot wait to try every single one after tasting their Margherita. The homemade gnocchi arrived moments after the pizza so our waiter gently placed it underneath the pie holder so that it was still sharable and didn’t take up any table space. The gnocchi, to put it frankly, some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly made in house and cooked to perfection. The sauce was creamy and bursting with amazing truffle flavor, garlic also cut in perfectly as well as the amazing smokey pancetta which added the right amount of salty goodness to bring home a dish that seems like it came straight from Nonna’s kitchen. For drinks, my girlfriend and I tried two of Patsy’s Pizzeria cocktails. She had the Patsy’s Collins, and I had The Original 117th Street Manhattan. Both drinks were well mixed and refreshing, the perfect compliments to a great meal. Following dinner I had to taste the tiramisu and as I expected it brought me back to family holidays with its rich lucious flavor. While enjoying the tiramisu I had an Irish Coffee that really brought it all home. Overall Patsy’s Pizzeria is an amazing, welcomed addition to New Rochelle. It brings a slice of New York City chic here and I look forward to coming back! If you haven’t been yet you absolutely should! Just don’t forget to make a reservation because this place is always hopping with people!

Been here several times since they opened. Food is pretty good. Service is good but needs tweaking. Some guy at door was rude. Asked waitress his name. Happens to be owner of another restaurant.(Joey). No personality, unprofessional and rude and curt with customers. Walks around with a stick up his ass and does not go to customers sitting having dinner to say hello. Not off to a great start. Not sure why they don’t open the patio to accommodate more customers. Instead of turning away people. Send them to the bar for a drink and take their names to seat them at a later time. People love to have a drink or appetizer before eating. Not a clue what they are doing. Also music is too loud and customers are trying to talk above it which makes the restaurant extremely noisy. They need to place sound barriers on the ceiling.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times as RRQ, On the Waterfront, etc, and never was very impressed, and thus they came and went. I don’t think we will be seeing this new restaurant closing soon, because it’s exactly what this part of New Rochelle needs! Patsy’s Pizzeria downtown I liked, but this Patsy’s has a new twist to it! First it’s located on the water and has a beautifully decorated upscale venue to start. Then we have the owner(Russ Baldassarre) and chef Jerry from one of my long time favorites, «Palmer’s Crossing» here. They also have created an updated menu, the sauce and pizza remain the original Patsy’s, but Chef Jerry gets to put his culinary magic to work here creating more than your usual Italian fare! We started with the Margherita Pizza, because of course we had to try the famous pie! The crust was nice and thin with a perfect burn on it from the oven. The cheese and sauce combination was delicious with fresh basil to complete this tasty interlude. We decided to try three«small plates» and a pasta dish to really get a wide variety of the cuisine here. Service by our waiter«Gio» was excellent and the food arrived in a timely rhythmic procession. Presentation of all the dishes was impeccable and flawless! The Coal fired wings were served with buffalo dipping sauce but we really did not use the sauce as we did not want to cover the great tangy taste of the wings! The fried Kobe meatballs were seriously off the flavor charts, accompanied by a «better than yo momma’s «tomato ragu and a dollop of fresh ricotta to complete this lovely dish! The third small plate was the Burrata Caprese which had to be the creamiest I’ve tasted! This delight was served with Kalamata olives and roasted pepper which complimented the cheese They make their own pasta and special requests are not a problem! So my pasta dish was the freshly made parppardelle with crumble sausage, broccoli rabe and diced cherry tomatoes was sinfully good! We ended this food love affair with a fresh filled cannoli with the best cannoli crème I’ve had in awhile! Inside and outside seating available and plenty of parking in their own lot! Forego the pain of City Island traffic on the weekends to dine, just go to the end of Pelham Road to Patsy’s Pizzeria!

Ah, Patsy’s Pizzeria.. . we walked in around 7:00pm. It was sunny and eighty degrees outside, the perfect day to enjoy a meal by the water. One of the main draws of this location is it’s proximity to the water. Once, long ago, it was even another restaurant named«On The Waterfront». We park in their spacious lot and walk inside. Everything is new, nice, and clean. The color scheme is black, gray, and white.. . speckled with tacky photos of Frank Sinatra’s mug shot, a picture of Robert DeNiro from Raging Bull, and other assorted stereotypical«tough guy» Italian restaurant décor. All that was missing was a photo of Marlon Brando as The Godfather(we get it guys, and every Italian I know is embarrassed of this type of stuff). But, the photos were black and white, which matched the rest of the place nicely.(I’ll give credit where credit is due). O.K. back on track. We enter the front door and a few members of the staff sort of look at us, all waiting for their co-workers to do something. A moment passes and a lovely young lady, as polite as can be, comes over and asks us how many. «Two please.. . can we sit outside?» She turns to a man sitting at a station in the front where the menus are kept, overhearing our question he answers«No outside seating for dinner» and holds two menus up over his head, pretty much stuffing them into our faces without even turning around to aknowledge our existance. Alright, no outdoor seating when it’s sunny and eighty degrees out? Maybe they only open it during the rain or when it’s snowing? I don’t know. We ordered a pizza, since that’s what this place is known for. I can actually overhear other patrons talking about the pizza, how great it is, and how they used to drive down to Harlem to get a slice.. . it arrives super fast.. . like less than ten minutes and the pizza was on our table. The crust was thin(so if you like thin crust pizza, this is your place). The pizza was good, I would come back and have it again. We finished our meal and the table was cleared.. . so, we asked for a dessert menu. The response«I think we have a dessert menu, I don’t know, let me check». The waiter walks off, never to be seen again. The same girl that sat us comes back over, she can see that we were sitting at an empty table for over ten minutes. We ask her for a dessert menu. She walks into the kitchen then comes back to recite the dessert options. We got the cake, it was fine. I’d like to see this place do well becuase it’s exactly what New Rochelle needs.. . but, they need to work on their customer service a little, and open the outdoor seating when the weather is nice. So there you have it, three stars. Not five stars, and not one star.. . just right in the middle.
