Best Permanent Cosmetic artist I have ever met. Theresa has been working on my eye brows and eye liner since 2002. She also works on my sister’s since 2008. As being a Chinese, permanent cosmetic is a must due to the thin hair heritage. However, I have been scared to get it done because 1. It is permanent and 2. Sanitation is a key due to the type of work. The first time I met Theresa, I knew I got the jack pot. She is not only so organized but also obsessed with the cleanness of her tools. In addition, her artistic ability and seeking perfection personality also gives me a set of great eye brows on my plain face. Since I love the outdoor activities, having the permanent eye brows and liner gives me great confidence. (No more worries that I have no eye brows or faded eyes) I am so glad that I found her. I just saw Theresa yesterday to get the maintenance work done. I know my brows and liners look great because my male co-​workers even compliment them! Thank you Theresa.
