I always ask myself why when I go here. It is cheap and convenient and that’s why I feel they still get customers. But my last visit was about 2 months ago. I usually don’t go here anymore but I was in a rush. The place is filthy and it needs to be inspected. I got a pedicure and you would think that they would actually wash out the dirty foot tub before forcing my foot in… no! I had to tell her to! The place was dusty I had to tell her to wash the tools too. I was even more pissed because she did a horrible job. Kid you not, it took 5 minutes or less for her to do my pedicure. I was lost to why she was in a rush when there was no other customer. And boy did I make a mistake of letting her do my eyebrows. burnt by the wax the whole time and yes of course half my eyebrows were gone to make it worst. Never again will I support this business. Even when you politely try to tell them you’re not satisfied or not to do something they get upset and try to tell you otherwise. Don’t waste your time at this dirty ass salon. I know that they are located in Harlem but just because you are located in the so called poor area don’t mean you have to give paying customers crappy service! If they were downtown in a rich neighborhood I guarantee they’d be out of business already or doing a waay better job.

Needs zero star’s. Its disgusting Inside, sloppy work followed by bad service. I have no idea how they are still open.

Dirty, dingy, the work sloppy! Went for a fill-​in, they took off my nail polish and left half all over my fingers and hands. Went to leave them like that after they reapplied new nails and re-​polish them. Nail polish was watered down and streaky. Worker is very argumentative and unprofessional. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible! Sloppy job and when you complain the lady shrugged her shoulders and told me to go dry my nails! Horrible! Don’t waste your time here! Plus the place is filthy!

Open and ready for business on a Saturday. No waiting. Did a good job on my eyebrows.

Cheap, yes — but the experience was less than superb. I called and made a manicure/​pedicure appointment for my sister and I. When we arrived I realized that it was a cash only so I needed to go to the ATM. By the time I got back (5 minutes) another client had come in and had her pedicure started. When we were getting our pedicures (not simultaneously) she used the same equipment and towel for both, and we can only assume that this was done before us. Since the technician was switching back and forth from my sister and I, I decided against the manicure because it was so time consuming… and there was a free technician who was sitting watching us!

Enjoyed my manicure-​pedicure here on a sunday night– $ 20 and they do a good job. $ 18 Mon-​Wed. I also picked nice colors. Nice, clean place with spa chairs for pedicures, although does not have massage.. Good sales people though– get you to get additional services while getting your mani-​pedi but they do a good job at it. I will return!
