I was told a price«for everything including stain protection.» Nothing was said about taxes or extra costs which tech claimed the price was, after I objected later. When I realized the price was different on the invoice, talked to Customer Service(who were kind) did not resolve anything. Someone did call back who did not state their name, said«we could split the difference» and my invoice would be adjusted never told the tech. The tech became nasty today when I tried to find out when items were being delivered and when I tried to resolve the price differential. Completely unprofessional and nasty, and the whole convo degenerated from there. Customer Service said they understood, would have someone call me within 48 hours – no one did. How was I supposed to know what to pay if we can’t come to a resolution? I have had to call them 6 times since Tuesday. The only good: They did do a good job on my slipcover and curtains Overall, the bait and switch, can’t get in touch with anyone in the office, nasty tech not to mention his complete= SONOTRECOMMEND.
