What can I say. I’ve been going there for 3 years and yes, I am much more hair-​free than when I started 17 laser-​hair removal sessions ago but…
— It has been one of the most painful experiences of my life (I was even burned once).
–The techs are very young, obviously inexperienced, and I get a different one every time… never a good sign.
— It’s very difficult to get an appointment
— It’s über-​expensive
Like I said, it’s worked for the most part. I’m not sure it will stay that way, I’ve already seen a lot of the hair growing back and I’m sure getting touch-​ups without paying another arm and leg will be impossible. But not having to shave much or pay for a wax every month has made it worth it. So, 3 stars. Right in the middle.

I’ve never had a more unprofessional technician than I have at this location. I went for almost two years and the women were never there on time. Twice, my technician didn’t even show up and I wasn’t given any sort of compensation or «we apologize» perks whatsoever. Also, they did my treatments at the lowest intensity so that I would have to pay for more. It wasn’t until I switched locations I realized they were trying to scam me. What’s even worse is their manager «guaranteed» me that the treatment would work and this «one time payment’ would cover everything until the hair was gone. Two years later, my new location informed me that if I wanted to keep going I would have to pay $ 2500 more, in addition to my original $ 4400 in September 2010.
This entire company is a scam and they constantly try to sell you more and more packages for every appointment. I would never go to this location again.
