Arche does not stand behind their products. I bought the Bonaz bootie and the tongue slides out from under the single lace and ends up laying across the front of the shoe. It looks ridiculous 5 minutes after I start walking in them. Poor design and no resolution by Arche. Too expensive to have this happen.

Ladies, if your feet hurt you should check this place out. Michael is a great. He helped me track down a pair of shoes I wanted in my size from their warehouse. His approach is warm, helpful and professional. Arche Shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever. They feel therapeutic. It’s a little difficult finding styles that are young and cute. But when you do, boy are they tempting. I own 2 pairs and look forward to my next pair.

Excellent shoes for the comfort… and they look kind of cool, too, in an offbeat way. I have some I need to get out of storage, again! Expensive, but will last a lifetime. Great if you travel and walk a lot of cities. Ran all over Paris in them, and the cobblestones, and not one callus.

Gorgeous and comfortable. What more can one want? So well made that they can last 10 years; you can get them soaked and they don’t lose their shape. You can even wash them in the shower! They never wear out. Oh, and the colors! Yum. Too bad they’re not cheap, but you only live once. My one complaint, and I won’t deduct a star for this, is their return policy. If you return it unworn within 10 days, you only get a store credit — no refund. Many other shoe stores give you 30 days for a full refund.
