I’m pretty sure this place isn’t open anymore because no one picks up the phone and then it’s a dial tone sound.

I totally agree with the reviews below. It’s 2012 and the crappy customer service still hasn’t improved. Can’t find a bookseller to save your life, and the music guys are«in music, so go talk to someone who deals in books… mmkay?» Uhh. aren’t you ALL employees of B&N? Then the cashier couldn’t do math. She tried to sell me on this B&N card for $ 25, but my discount would only be $ 10. What’s the point? I’d be PAYING $ 15 for a card I am sure I am never going to effing use again.

crappy customer service unwilling to do anything to help… go to an independant bookseller or buy online.

What Starbucks is to coffee, Barnes & Noble is to books. This monster chain store sure takes the romantic out of book reading. I found myself at this particular branch store because of the convenience of calling in an order and picking it up. However, the convenience turn quite inconvenient when they couldn’t find my order even though I had already paid for it over the phone. Oh yes, a very fun experience.
