One star is too high a rating for this place. It’s not a bad store — it’s an outright scam store. I bought a cable from Tony, who guaranteed me it was Mac compatible. He assured me if it wasn’t I could return it for a full refund. Of course, it didn’t work. When I tried to return it he said, «No I never said that.» On top of that, he insisted it DOES work and that I was simply wrong. He accused me of lying, so I asked him to show me on a Mac and prove me wrong. He said he’d go get a Mac right away. Then he went on to help every other customer in the store while I waited and waited. An older saleman was just standing around and when I asked him to show me, he said«No, I won’t. You’re never going to get a refund. Just leave.» he then started to yell profanities and insult me. I realize now they never had a Mac in the store. They never had any intention of honoring their claims. I’d be surprised if any of their products worked. And after going to the Apple store, I also realized they charged $ 12 more for something useless.

I was having trouble with an order I placed from their website( ) They would not provide me with a tracking number or any information. None of the customer representatives had any idea what was going on with my order and the manager would not return any phone calls. I was supposed to receive my order on September 23, given that I paid for expedited shipping. A rep was finally able to give me a tracking number on September 26 and what do you know? My tv was still in Brooklyn when it was supposed to be sitting in my room here in CALIFORNIA! I finally received a call from someone named«Tony» after I posted a review about them on another website. He proceeded to threaten and shout profanities at me, saying I was«causing his business to go bad»(nice grammar, pal.) Another manager named«Jimmy» came on and while he was nicer, I still have not received part of my order, the credit he promised to give me for the expedited shipping, or the paperwork for my extended warranty. So, if you like the mystery of NOT knowing where your tv is, unhelpful customer representatives, broken promises, thugs claiming to be managers to yell profanities at you… by all means, buy from these guys.
