Big Apple Computer and Audio Visual Rentals

I finally received communication back from Big Apple Rental, after failed attempts before this review, and instead of asking to remedy their mistake, they decided to harass my character instead:
«I was reading your review about my service, and was shocked how goof lie. Every part here is lie. You were upset about the adapter, that’s fine, however, there is no reason to write so much lies.
I gave you this monitor 2 day before the show, this is a 22′ monitor You never hired us to provide set up, and u don’t need a crew to set up a 22′ monitor. You also don’t know how to spell Javits Center, so I am not surprised that you lie so much.
I am just very surprised that someone will write so much negative for something that is not worth mentioning, ever.
Let me ask you, is this how you lie in real life as well? or even worse?»
