After shopping around to multiple jewelry stores in our area and not feeling satisfied. my fiancé and I took a special trip to NY last April to visit Blauweiss & Berkowitz. We where beyond pleased with them and their knowledge about custom settings. We wanted a ring that nobody else had. We told them what our price range was, what size diamond we would like if possible, and what we envisioned in a setting over the phone. We got to NY and Dylan had many diamonds for us to chose from in our price range. (Larger and better grade and color than local Jewelers for less money!). We both agreed it was well worth the trip from Massachusetts and are planing another trip soon for our Wedding bands. She gets compliment all the time on how unique and beautiful her ring is. We’ve had staff from other jewelry stores in the area be shocked and amazed at the quality, workmanship, and low price we paid. Blauweiss&Berkowitz made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. They are very trustworthy people and we highly recommend them. It is well worth the trip even if you don’t live in NY!

I was not even looking to buy anything during my visit to NYC. This was the very first place that I visited, Dillon and Danny provided great service. They took the time to show me different ideas and recommendations, even when I was argumentative with my thoughts and ideas. I learned that it doesn’t matter where you go for this exciting but stressful experience because everyone has diamonds but, I saw my fiancé in the diamond that I chose and I said this is it. I didn’t have to go to other places to compare prices or look at other diamonds. I saw the beauty of the clarity and cut of this diamond, i was speechless. They gave me an opportunity to walk around to think it over with no strings attached. I told them my budget and modeled some bands for me and came to a final decision. The expected time for the ring to be created was exactly what they said and it was delivered with care. They exceeded my expectation and I couldn’t thank them anymore for the quality customer service that they provided for me. They made it easy. I will be a returning customer!

My wife and I were recently married, and we used Blauweiss and Berkowitz for our wedding bands. Barry and his team are incredible to work with. We visited B&B a few times before we made our final decision, and each time Barry and his team were extremely helpful and informative. At no point was the sales staff pushy, and we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. We are happy to say we have found a jeweler we will use for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones to come!

Let’s start with how much my partner and I love our rings! Blauweiss Berkowitz Jewelers were so very helpful, and their customer service is thee best! Every step of the way after our rings were ordered, we kept in the loop and never were worried about our purchase. Can’t wait until their online store opens! My fiancé bought my ring in Italy. We needed it resized so went to B and B on a recommendation of a friend who made his finances ring with them. Everyone was very nice and relaxed. We browsed some wedding rings and felt like the prices were reasonable. And they sent us down to their jeweler Levon who made my ring smaller in 20 min — super easy and very chill (we had to leave to get cash and he wasn’t concerned). Charged us $ 75. Don’t know if we could have got it down but we were happy with experience!

This winter I received an absolutely stunning engagement ring from my fiancé. My ring is one of a kind and my fiancé enjoyed his experience designing and purchasing the ring with the help of the knowledgeable jewelers at Blauweiss Berkowitz.

As with many young men, I was apprehensive to enter into NYC’s diamond district to purchase jewelry for my girlfriend. I can’t say enough about Blauweiss Berkowitz. The Diamond District is a chaotic place, but all the noise seemed to quiet down when I got to their shop. The sales staff was very polite and intently focused on helping me find the right piece for the occasion rather than maximizing their profit. They did not try to «up-​sell» me once. In fact, they actually ended up steering me in the direction of a less expensive piece. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. I now have a jeweler I can trust. No more shopping around for me. Also, she said «yes»!
