I’m kinda heart broken about the negative reviews for this place. My favorite meal during my trip to NYC was at this little restaurant. We went to some pretty famous places but the food here was the most memorable. The chicken tikka masala is so creamy and tasty. The samosas are delish! The naan bread is perfect. We sat right by the window so it was fun to people watch. The waiter was very nice and made some great suggestions. I will definitely visit this restaurant every time I’m back in NY.

A couple of friends and I were in the area after an event and ended up having dinner here. I generally hesitate with eating around Times Square because things tend to be commercialized and bland in touristy areas. It was nice surprise to see that this place was family owned and the food was good, similar to what we’d get in Jackson Heights. I enjoyed the naan(who doesn’t?) the saag paneer and the lamb tikka. Everything tasted great. Best of all, it wasn’t crowded with tourists. Would definitely come back.

I stopped by after watching a Broadway show with a few friends. I found the food to be extremely savory and I loved the portion size. Definitely recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala!

The food here is quite good. We had a mix of items– Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetable Korma, and Chicken Madras. The spices levels were nice and met everyone’s taste. That’s the good. The service though was horrible. There were only 2 waiters for the entire room and they were not attentive. The tea was«fountain tea», not brewed. We waited«forever» to get refills, on even water. While they were nice guys, the service was not good. Finally, the restrooms were tiny, dirty, and old. I’m guessing not an «A» on the health departments list… My suggestion, if you have time and patience, check it out. If you are looking for service, look somewhere else.

I went here with a friend and we had excellent service. The staff was super nice and attentive but not overbearingly so. Now onto the food. I’m spoiled by home cooked meals and this tastes just like home! I highly recommend everything on the menu! I wish I could remember what my dishes were called but my friend had ordered everything for me instead. Would I go again? Uhhhh totally would! Can’t wait for my next meal here!

They are located in the heart of Time Square, nothing fancy about this place, but the location is just perfect and convenient to public transportation. We ordered lamb vindaloo and tandoori shrimp. Superb! Their serving portion is filling, tasty, and the presentation was on point. The staffing was nice and friendly. Only thing is I would recommend they have some serious renovation.

The chicken tikka masala is my favorite. As someone that did not want super spicy food, I enjoyed my meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I look forward to my next visit!
