Very rude salesman. That’s what they are NOTDOCTORS. Run far from this slock shop. They will tell you you need a transplant whether you do or not!

I went in for my «free consultation» with a «specialist» and what I got was a 9:30 appointment that actually happened at 11:00 am. I was told my wait time was 15 minutes, there was no one in the lobby, I saw no «patient» coming in or out so I have no idea what the delay was about. It turned out to be a sales pitch by a salesperson who insisted on showing me the most expensive procedures available and did not discuss other options available to me. Once I expressed that this is something that I have to think about she promptly ended the«consultation» took a few pics and pointed me in the direction of the door. Do your homework and obtain as much information as humanly possible. This is just my experience, you can always make an appointment with these guys and find out for yourself ;).

I have had 2 procedures. The first in March 2008(to cover a very obvious balding spot on top/back and bring the hairline forward to where it should be from where it receded to, in the middle of the top of my head). The result was great. Over the next couple of years, I continued to thin, so I had a second procedure in February 2012 to add more density to the hairline, on top and in back. The result is that people think I am more than 10 years younger than I am. No one suspects I have ever had a procedure — even my mother-in-law, who visits every 2 weeks! Done on a Thursday, out to dinner on Sat. nite, and back to work on Monday — no one knew. Everything about the experience, initial consultation to procedure to follow up, was 1st class. Excellent in all respects. The doctor, the assistants, even the shampoo tech I saw the next day. The doctor called me the nite of the procedure to check on me. Nice touch. Very professional. Everything delivered as promised — cost, time, results — all exact. I guess they can do this with confidence because they are the industry leader and know what they are doing. Watch the infomercial on TV. What you see is what you get!

I recently(end of 2010) had a hair transplant at Bosleys. I had two transplants with other Dr’s. This by and far the worst experience I’ve had. The room i was in was like a revolving door for the staff that wasn’t busy in the other room, I think there are 3 or 4 rooms. The joking, teasing, playing while I was stapped in the chair was annoying. In addition, the Doctor does not do the transplant, he makes 1,000 incesions then lets a subornate take over. The follow-up by them was poor — their instructions are lacking details and specifics, they didn;t call me for 2 days afterwards. And the doctor did not remove my stiches or see me again afterwards. I’d select another agency in the future, as you should now. frank
