It’s so hilarious because the hours state 7am for Sunday, but I got here at 8:20am and ITWASSTILLCLOSED! Good thing there are so many quick options nearby or I would have had to go to work without breakfast :(

Stopped in on my way to a meeting. Since I was a tad bit early so I stopped in for breakfast. Since there was no line I was able to order my food immediately. I ordered a breakfast sandwich consisting of a muffin and egg, I specifically stated no cheese and I ordered as ice coffee. When I explained how I wanted my iced coffee I was told the coffee is pre-made so I was unable to customized my order. Of course I had a confused face and informed the cashier I had diet restrictions and I found it hard to believe I couldn’t order my iced coffee how I wanted it. Long story short, I didn’t order the iced coffee and had to settle for a Diet Coke for breakfast and my breakfast sandwich had cheese. Of course I took my sandwich back to the counter and informed them there was cheese on my sandwich at this point the cashier appears to have an attitude because he gave me the wrong order. After the manager remade my sandwich and apologized the cashier rolled his eyes at me. Never again will I come here.

I work around this area. Twice I have tried Orignal Chicken sandwich and both times it was awful not fresh at all, patties were fried too deep and looked almost black. Chinese guy on the counter seems like doing a favor to you, not pleased to serve. Will not come back to this location.

After they renovated this place about a year or so ago it looked a lot brighter, more sanitary and generally more inviting, because prior to, this was one of the seediest Burger King locations that I’d ever visited. Fast forward to now, this place is just ok. Getting a bit cruddy again as of late. The service here is still something to be desired. I’m rating this place a 2 on the basis of the lack of consistency. Some days you get a nice hot meal; other days, you a lukewarm meal with less desirable fries and the soda fountain doesn’t work and the workers are in no rush to correct the problem even if you are your lunch break and you only have so much time for them to get your order right, but I digress. It’s a Burger King. It’s not a great Burger King. Just one of those franchises that has be here for the location not for the service or consistency.

I was here yesterday around 3:00 after walking down here from the West Village looking for a mid-afternoon snack. I ordered the double cheese burger and a small French fries. It didn’t take long to get my food. I prefer the flame-broiled taste of Burger King but there are not many franchises around these days as compared to other burger places. The fires were crispy and thicker than some other fast food places but still had a crispy texture which I think is due to maybe corn starch being used.

On a cold February night, at 8pm, I got some takeout, and my husband and I each used a coupon(cause we’re economically savvy like that), and the cashier seemed tired, but didn’t have a problem with the coupons, and he was still friendly, and talked a bit. It was definitely slow and dead at this time, but I know given the location it can get super crowded at other times/months of the year. Food was fresh and hot, we didn’t have to wait very long. And while we were waiting the cashier updated us on when it would be out. Maybe it was a slow day and he was bored and being extra attentive, but I don’t think this kind of service is standard. Most people don’t give two shits about how they treat customers in fast food. But I appreciated this guy’s efforts and wish I had taken the time to remember his name. Food: We each got Bogo original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries, plus onion rings. Taste on par with BK standards, AKA formula microwavable food.

Fuck this place so much, I hope the cashier drops dead in hell. I went there last night from this date to just get a quick snack, everything on their menu was overpriced compared to other burger Kings, especially the delancey one, which is far better in comparison taste and service wise even though it’s in a hood. Anyway so I ordered a burger I specifically said NOPICKLES, the cashier told the prep no pickles all should have been fine and dandy, right? Wrong. Either the dude prepping was fucking king tired, or just an ass hole, excuse not only did my burger have pickles, it had a Lot of pickles, and they were hidden between the burger patties! By this time, I’m already hating the place and had to go soon so I moved them to the side, but the burger was ruined by then and taste like shit either way. I asked the guy if I could have some seltzer eater in a small cup to wash out the taste of pickles(it was a Chinese male in his 30s), and he just went fucking haywire on me. «IFYOUWANTEDDRINKYOUHAVETOBUY, YOUCANTCOMPLAINNOWYOUSHOULDHAVEBROUGTBURGERBACKYOUNOTGETFREESODA!!!» I didn’t even use a loud tone or ask for a full cup, I just said can I have just a few drops of seltzer to wash the taste out lol! So now I’m mad, and I’m like«look you messed up, now I’m going to have some seltzer,» and he called the cops on me two times saying I was stealing soda and threatening him, even though he was actually threatening to fight me outside(which I would have easily mopped his ass up, but I had to go. « If I see him on the street I’m going to whip the Holy fuck out of him and I’ll be contacting burger King headquarters to get him fired. Don’t eat here, disgusting food and service.

Some BK locations seem to be a bit more difficult with honoring [paper] coupons than others… this is one of them. Between Greenvale, Flushing, PABT, and 35th St, BK cashiers will(and should) honor my coupons just fine, with no hesitation. This newly«renovated» BK however was ready to deny my coupon & make me pay $ 8+ for what would only cost $ 3 with the coupon. Thankfully, the manager honored it before I would’ve gone in a huff(when Axis is hungry, don’t you DARE get in his way). The fries & nuggets were hot & fresh, so I’ll give ‘em th – wait, why are there no ketchup pumps?!

In my travels prior to a doctor appointment, I needed immediate substance nearby. Something quick, cheap and within proximity distance = Burger King. In a long standing absence I surely missed the original chicken sandwich $ 4.89 + tax. This Burger King location is a tourist trap in the Chinatown Manhattan community. Tourists unsure of their next destination linger inside this Burger King to discuss their next movements rather than placing their order blocking the order queue. I stood patiently waiting for the line to move to place my food order only to learn tourists chit chatting their current time in America, their discontent, specifically New York. MEH for fast food!

Thank you for making me a whopper junior at 9 am!!! They only serve breakfast this early but I for some reason got an uncontrollable craving for a whopper. Seeing as how the sun was still yawning, I was sad that I would have to get breakfast items. I grunted that I wished I could have a whopper junior– the cashier, Clive, cool name, said«sure man, we can make that for you» :))))) whuttttt! Five stars for Clive and zero stars for fast food — so 3 total as compromise. Oh – they deliver from 11 am to 9 pm??? Nice.

The recent renovation has neither improved the customer service nor the food at this location. For starters after ordering the Manhattan inflated priced Whopper Junior(which was .70¢ higher than Queens), the surly cashier wouldn’t accept my $ 50 bill stating they didn’t accept bills over $ 20. Fair enough i responded and then asked where was this policy posted. Her agitated response was that we don’t have the sign posted anymore. As I went to the food pick up area another denizen from behind the counter tried to explain why they don’t have a sign. I responded that if you have a policy it may be best practice to post it. Perhaps confused by my command of the English language or realizing the two-sizes-too-tight hat he squeezed his head into was cutting off circulation, he drifted back to the registers. His fellow denizens looked as confused by my basic suggestion. Worth noting there were 6 people behind the registers-2 taking orders and 4 milling about chatting amongst themselves about their favorite pasta dishes. There was one person preparing the food. It took two people to package my food and hand it to me. The food was cold and soggy. Unless you really hate yourself, sane people need to avoid this cesspool…

They redid the décor and now it is inviting — although the street signage is still quite lacking — being a hanging plastic banner. The food is usually cold and tasteless — can’t tell whether it is pre-cooked and sitting there, or just general lazy prep. Service is not rude, but not all that pleasant either.

Have it your way means have it precooked and sitting there for u to order. I ordered a whopper and the person asked if I wanted cheese. I said no and she was like are you sure. I can give it to you for free(the cheese). I said ok and next thing you know the«my way» burger was in front of me in 3 seconds. Not sure what it was bit I kaboomed so hard that afternoon.

Perhaps it isn’t fair to review this place since I don’t eat Burger King anymore, but I am anyway :). For one, the interior needs. MAJOR make over. Come on, I want to walk in and feel like it would be a good idea to actually sit down and eat… Second, NEVEREVER use the restroom… EVER… Pee on ur self before you think about using their restroom. It would arguably be more sanitary to do so anyway… Seriously. The only thing they have going for them are their electronic menus… But seeing as how every fast food joint in NYC has one, it doesn’t make them stand out from anyone else :/oh well… Eat here at your own risk.

I wouldn’t have ever stepped inside this rickety looking joint if I wasn’t so desperate to use the restroom. For some reason I felt I had to buy something after using their facilities. The smart thing would’ve been to walk away quietly but there I was ordering a junior cheese burger thanks to my warped sense of obligation. At first look, it didn’t look so bad: Then I made my 2nd mistake within 5 minutes by actually opening up the sandwich to examine the inside: Talk about an appetite killer. I ended up eating the disgusting looking thing anyway cuz I hate wasting food but for the sake of my taste buds it’s the first and last time I’ll be setting foot in this BK.
