I bought a gorgeous pair of heels here that I tried to break in, but unfortunately had to return. Aside from the fact that I couldn’t walk in them I loved them. So sad.
Visit #1: I think the salesperson who helped me was named George. He was amazing. We sort of chatted a bit in between him helping me to find the perfect pair of black leather high heels. I couldn’t really find what I wanted on the floor and he managed to get just what I was looking for out of the stock in the back.
Visit #2: Wanted to try the shoes on again and maybe take them home. The manager was very rude and insisted they only had the shoes out on the floor even though I’d only been there a week or two ago at the most. Eventually the guy who helped me the last time came out of the back and he was quickly able to find the heels I wanted. I bought them.
Visit #3: I sadly had to return the shoes. I didn’t want to damage them by getting them fixed so I’m just going to look for a pair that actually fits perfectly. These shoes will definitely haunt me though. For some reason the manager was ridiculously nice during the return.
Thus, four stars. I don’t love all of their merchandise but a lot of the simple styles are quite beautiful and look like they’re well made. These are investment shoes though and will run you up to a few hundred dollars. My heels were about $ 170, I think. I would stop in if you’re in the area and looking for quality shoes but if you’re just shopping for shoes in general I’d probably hit up the big stores like DSW and Aldo first as some of the shoes don’t seem worth the prices.
