I went shopping to get sneakers like many of us do and I had the pleasure of working with Claribel (Clara). Clara was very warm friendly and helpful and she made my shopping experience enjoyable, despite the large number of people there. I expected standard service, but instead I got excellent service. She remembered me from the last visit I made from last Spring and made an effort to encourage me to return to the store for future purchases. It feels good knowing that people appreciate your business because anyone can spend money anywhere and it is always by the customer’s choice. Champs at Harlem is a great place to find athletic wear thanks to people like Clara and Steve (one of the managers).
