Charlito’s Cocina At Broadway Bites

With so much to choose from at Broadway Bites… I still walked away so so so happy that I picked the truffle and cured salami panini.
It was incredible and all their other options sounded delicious as well.
Only suggestion: have something else on offer besides chips for a ‘combo’. I feel like Lays potato chips are the lamest side for anything. But maybe that’s just me.
The people here were also super lovely as well!

I’ve had Charlito’s Cocina at other festivals before but I had not tried their hit Panninis. Damn they are awesome. Their meats are cured beautifully and have unique flavors. Broadway Bites has great food and Charlito’s is worth many visits to sample their wares. I had the beer salami with truffles apple carmelized onions and fresh mozzarella on wheat for $ 8. The truffle taste comes through with a mouth watering burst in the salami which is beer salami. The apple onion and the fresh mozz creates a perfect sandwich. I could eat this every day. Service was quick and the people are super nice. You can also buy whole salami to take home. Costs more than store salami but this blows it away.
