I came here for a quick bubble milk tea — the original. I was running a bit late but ran in after noticing the clean interior and quite a few customers in there. It was just as bubble tea should be — soft and flavorful bobbas with sweet milk tea at a reasonable price($ 2.75 for the regular size). I’m a happy customer and I plan to be back.

The stars are not for this particular branch as my favorite one is located in Flushing. The stars are for this particular bubble tea house’s name. For anybody that visits anyplace in NYC where the demographics strongly geared toward Asians, the number of bubble tea houses are similar to a neighborhood’s local tavern/pub with the omission of alcohol. But you can do that yourself in the privacy of your home. I am fond of this bubble tea house because I enjoy the variety in fruitty-tea fusions flavors. I am happy that the fruitty syrup does not overpowered the tea flavor. To say it more bluntly, I can still taste the tea. If I have to give stars for this particular branch, I would give it three because it is the only branch that I found so far that does not offer the lychee jelly which the ones in Flushing do. Now that is discriminatory and I don’t understand why they don’t offer it because sales at the Chinatown branch might improved since they don’t do the promotions like the ones in Flushing. I know I would go here more often if they offers the lychee jelly. Just sayin’

another one of the millions of Tea places popping up everywhere. Came here after my favorite Kung fu tea ran out of bubbles. They are efficient and fast. its cheap like the others and tons of different flavors to choose from. the Taro milk bubble tea felt a bit watery and off. It was still good but its not like the others. I like a bit more consistency but thats just me. I will def try again just to make sure it was not a fluke. BTW its tight in there… space is super tiny.

Love the variety of flavors… So far every flavor I have tasted has not disappointed. Their tapioca is perfectly soaked and their«qq»(coconut jelly) is very delish.

I wasn’t sure at first about this place but I tried nevertheless. It turned out to be a blast!!! The ice grass jelly milk tea was fantastic and it was very authentic Taiwanese flavor. I usually ask for half sugar but I forgot to mention as I was ordering. However, the sweetness was just right without modification. I will definitely come back and try other beverages!
