Chop’t allows you to get your greens in a tasty easy way! While their destinations salads have jumped the shark, you can still get some great combinations from their classic salads or just make your own up. The smartest thing they did was bring back the Spicy Sonoma as a destination salad but otherwise I’d avoid their other seasonal choices(I’ve tried the last two cycles and yucky-yuk). This is the only reason they don’t get a 4 star rating anymore.

This place is delicious! I wish they existed on the west coast :(my picky son said that was the best chicken Caesar salad he ever had in his life!

Probably one of the more efficient lunch places! The line was out the door but it moved along quickly, the employees are very efficient. Tried the spicy chicken tinga salad-delicious! Definitely will be back to try out the other options

If you love salads and raw food this is the place. They have many toppings and organic green leaves… healthy food. The only thing is for the best toppings you have to pay… so the salad is a little pricey.

It is a salad place and it is a solid choice! You can get anything you want… so if you don’t like your food, then I suppose you can only blame your choices.

Stayed right across the street so the location was perfect! It’s basically a custom made salad restaurant with a ton of different options for your salad. I ordered the Mexican and it was awesome with the perfect level of spiciness. The downside was that I found the whole menu and ordering process to be a bit confusing if you wanted to order a custom salad. Perhaps having a menu to look at while in line would make things easier. Overall I loved it!

I came in here twice while I was visiting the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The first time I had the Kale Caesar salad with half Kale and half Romaine lettuce. I asked them to go easy on the dressing and the salad was so fresh and delicious. On my way back home the next day I dropped in and had exactly the same salad, but had them add chicken. I have say I am more than a little jealous of Manhattanites, not only do you have a great city but you have Chop’t Creative Salad Company to grab a quick, budget friendly, tasty and healthy meal. When I return to NYC I will definitely be back.

Let me start off saying that I LOVE chop’t but had a bad experience with this specific location several months ago. It was a weekday night and I ordered from either seamless/grubhub to get a custom salad. The salad came on time but was not chopped all that well with whole pieces of ingredients sprinkled throughout. They also had forgotten an ingredient that I paid extra for. I understand, it was later in the night and people probs wanted to go home, but hey i get really excited for chop’t salads so imagine my disappointment. Sadly, I won’t be ordering in from this location again. I mean, the name is Chop’t…things should come pretty chopped.

Obligatory 3 stars. The staff are good, not bad, not great. The wait is typical of a midtown eatery on the weekdays. I don’t have any complaints… but I can’t think of any thing negative to say, sooo… OK.

I got Moroccan Harvest. Very delicious. The only downside is its portion. I get ¾ portion in this store compared to other Chop’t store. Please fill the bowl :(

Fantastic! A nice find across from the Parker meridian. Really good for lunch, loved it. Santa Fe ranch poor boy salad is a good voice, add avocado

In my original review, you’ll see that I got sick when I came here. Chop’t saw my review and made it right with me, which I greatly appreciated. I came back and got a completely different salad. It was tasty. Service was good. Also, we sat upstairs and it was overall a good experience.

I love chop’t and this location is pretty good. Even if the line is long, it moves pretty quickly. A few things I def think they could improve on is — 1 not skimping on the toppings… between grabbing ½ empty scoops and dropping half the contents often times there is barely anything left over for the salad bowl… they’ve revised their menu and now it’s a little confusing as to what the originals were… also there were some revisions to classic recipes and I’m not a fan. Still love the salad wraps so i keep coming back!

I love Chopt, but this location is just the worst. I’ve tried it no less than 10 times and every time has been met with rude service and an incorrect order, unlike some of their other locations. Will be going back to Just Salad from now on.

3.5 stars. Chop’t makes incredibly good salads, but today I just swung by to redeem LevelUp credit($ 3.03) for Stacy’s Pita Chips and Chop’t’s delicious Honey Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. The line for salads went out the door, but it moved very quickly. If you’re buying non-salad items, you can just skip to the short line of people ready to pay for their orders. Clean, large, airy location right between Starbucks and a NYHRC gym. There’s also a nice outdoor seating area in front. UPDATE(7÷31÷15): Normally, Chop’t salads taste soooo good, but their latest Destination Salad, Baja Chicken Cobb($ 11.42), was so BLAND! It was pretty terrible. I should have requested extra dressing to cover up the overwhelming blandness. :(

What can I say? There’s something particularly soul crushing about standing on the sidewalk in a line snaking out the door of Chop’t during your lunch break waiting for your adult baby food to take back to your desk. But the line moves quickly(they are masters of efficiency at Chop’t), and then you get your salad, which is really quite pleasing(every bite the perfect blend of every ingredient in your salad), and then you’re back under the florescent lights of your midtown office. Welcome to late capitalist America. Definitely don’t make the mistake of eating inside Chop’t. The pounding music and general din of the place make for an entirely unpleasant dining experience. As far as the salads go, I am partial to the kale caesar. If you ask for lime juice to be squeezed on along with the caesar dressing, you can almost convince yourself you are eating the far superior Sweetgreen. P. S. When they offer you bread, don’t take it. It’s basically an eighth of a mediocre, whole-wheat tortilla.

This location has excellent customer service. They really show they value the customer. During one visit they were out of my favorite dressing, Greek yogurt tzatziki, and they gave me a free salad for the next time I came. Great lunch spot and even with long lines during the lunch hour they seem to move pretty quickly.

Best place for salad! This is my favorite spot when I feel like eating something healthy. Everything is fresh and if you don’t feel in the mood to order any tipe of salad that they have you can make your own style!

Silly work process, but the product is good, although way overpriced. Had a meslun mix salad with peppers(green and jalapeño), black beans, tomatoes and shrimp with the spa(low cal) tex-mex ranch. The food was very good. However, the process is inefficient. The lady got the salad in the plastic bowl, added the ingredients into that bowl and then passed it to another worker. She dumped all the ingredients onto a counter to chop and then put everything in another bowl to stir and add dressing, then put stuff back in the original bowl. Here’s the thing, other than the lettuce, nothing else needed to be chopped. I’m okay with eating shrimp… not shrimp pieces. The grape tomatoes had already been cut. My suggestion would be to chop the lettuce more before hand, then add everything to the bowl it’s going to be mixed in to reduce the number of times the product is handled. You’ll probably cut overhead by 30% and then maybe I won’t have to pay $ 12 for a salad.
