Horrible customer service. Tried to change cash for larger bills. Was told I am not a customer since I only have credit cards with them. Then tried to get me to be sympathetic ‘because their systems don’t work that way’. Canceling all cards next week.

Promptly closing at 4pm Monday thru Fridays yet only one outdoor ATM machine which at most times malfunctions. There are no indoor ATM’s accessible during off-​hours. With all the continuous upgrade of technology with their ATM’s, yet this location only has one measy ATM machine outdoors. Ayia!
Long lines at the teller is infeasible to create frustration among clients with no regards to value one’s time.
