Clarins Skin Spa at Bloomingdale’s

I visited your store in December. It was a very busy time. I was helped by Afridyedi Odinaev at the Clarin counter. Even though it was very busy, Afridyedi completely turned her attention to me. She was extremely informative and helpful. I appreciate her knowledge and the time she spent with me!

I had a great 80 minute facial here, probably the best I’ve ever had with Madison who was really sweet and efficient however the ambiance was just terrible. The facial takes place in Bloomingdales in a side room right by the cosmetics section and you can literally hear people talking as well as people walking and shopping during the entire facial like they are in the room with you! It’s pretty disappointing because there is no way to relax with all of this noise… They really need to soundproof the room or something!
The facial itself is on a super comfortable and plush bed and includes a lovely hand/​arm/​foot/​leg massage!
After the facial a consultant walks you through product recommendations and explains your recommended regimen. I really want come back but feel that a spa experience should not be accompanied by all this noise where it is impossible to relax.
