Needed a plunger and got a plunger. Plenty of combinations of plunger heads + rods to pick from, LOL. Dude at the counter figured my little arms couldn’t screw on the rubber plunger head to the wooden rod, he did it for me. Probably could not have done it on my own. They have a $ 10 minimum on CC purchases – my purchase was ~$ 9.?? and the dude took my card anyway.
Convenient hardware store in this hood and that is that.

He made key copies of medco (heavier) that didn’t work and he wasn’t surprised when I came back to return them, as if he knew he sold me something that might not work. What kind of business does that.
I give star for giving me a refund and making other simple apt key copies that worked.
Otherwise, unfriendly and had me pay, walk all the way home to discover they didn’t work, then walk all the way back to return, with no apology but actually giving me attitude for making the return. That’s some nerve. Won’t go back.

I came for painting supplies and had a great experience with the staff. They were extremely helpful and honest about the products that I would need. I even ran into a pickle and they delivered another gallon of paint to my home. I’ve found my new neighborhood hardware store! They were great!!!

Poor Return Policy
We bought a lock cylinder from these guys for our apartment which didn’t fit. Two days later we tried to return it with original packing and receipt but they refused. What kind of hardware store does that?
Buy At your own risk! I won’t be returning.
