In past years I have had my air conditioners serviced by the company that sold me the units. I hated their service people. Two years ago, I was referred to Continental(Julio) to make a repair on a unit that was out of warranty. At that time I was not home, but the unit was repaired and has worked flawlessly since(14,000BTU unit, almost 19 years old). I’m so glad Julio left his service sticker on the unit, because I called him back to fix another unit that was having problems. Now, having met him and his assistant personally, I can say — «what a difference». Julio is polite and very knowledgeable. He serviced all of my air conditioners and took a look at my failing one, showed me what the problem was(a typical electrical problem that later models were re-designed to avoid), and he was able to repair on the spot — avoiding purchase of a new control panel. I will definitely call him again. When you do call — it goes to his cell phone. He is a one-man show(with an assistant), meaning he does not have an «office» per se. When he answers he’ll most likely be in the middle of another job. He called the day before to reconfirm. He showed up on time. I was very pleased. I paid with a check.
