My 5 year old kid told me he loved me no matter whether I was big or small but thought it better if I could be a «normal size». Well that made me think seriously. If you are like me and haven’t exercised in years and then suddenly noticed you have a big cake-​like tummy and need help getting back in shape this is the place for you. They give you a trial workout on an exercise machine, with various gym equipment with weights, and some floor exercises. After the work out, they do the work in stretching out your muscles to prevent injuries and to reduce the soreness in your muscles. Sure they are pricey but you are only paying for personal training sessions, not membership fees, and they will ensure that you work out hard and don’t fake it. I’ll let you know if I am «normal size» by the time I reach my deadline of September 2010.
