Where do I even begin? Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sonia makes you feel more than comfortable and is highly professional. She genuinely talks to you through the entire experience, making the time go by before you know it. She is highly knowledgable on her machines and the treatment.
I’ve done the full body and highly recommend it. I’ve seen results from the very first time, so I’m excited to see how it will look like by the very end. Not as painful as others might make it seem. Her machines let off a cooling sensation, which makes the process go by quickly and very bearable.
I’ve heard horror stories of people doing laser and being burned by the technician, but Sonia definitely knows what she is doing. You won’t be disappointed.

Sonia is very kinda, informative, and professional. I’ve done my legs with her for two sessions and since my first session I rarely have hair growing back. I’ve also got my hands done as well; I don’t see hair growing back at all and if it does it is very thin.
Her place is located in an office building along offices of lawyers and real estate instead of a full salon. I’ve done laser treatments at other salons but I’d prefer Sonia over any other because her customer service is outstanding of the salons I’ve been to. I’d definitely recommend her if you want to feel comfortable and at ease during your treatments.

Sonia is patient, kind and very professional. I didn’t know what to expect at first but she explained in simple terms and put me at ease.
She is extremely busy on certain days make sure you book appts in advance and keep your appts on time.
During my sessions, she could tell I’m uncomfortable sometimes because I’m very sensitive, and she goes out of her way to make me feel better.
The most important thing is, after the sessions you really see a visible difference on your skin. The machine is very effective but on the gentle side. The result is excellent.

Sonia is amazing! First timer here and I felt extremely comfortable and the pain was nowhere near what I was expecting. Sonia walks through every step of the process and lets you know exactly what to expect. I’m a former waxed and will never go back thanks to Sonia working her magic. Best decision ever and the prices are so affordable — much better than waxing and half the pain of waxing, love this place!
