Domino’s Pizza

I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple times. Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings. Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAY AWAY!

how annoying!!! they took an hour to deliver food 3 blocks away!!! i called twice and all i got was a shady, «yeah yeah he just left, give him a couple minutes.» rude, unhelpful, and unappologetic. you guys suck.

I never write reviews but had to give a horrible rating to let you all know.
I never would have imagined i would have to wait 2 hours for a delivery of a small pizza. The store was 6 blocks away. I bought a pizza with extra bacon on the whole pizza and i got less to nothing of bacon. I ordered sprite and the delivery guy gave me a diet pepsi, basically i paid for something i didnt even order. ON TOP OF ALL THIS. IT CAME COLD. The pizza was as if it had been opened 20 minutes ago. This is just the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
Don’t order delivery. You’re chances might be better at the store.

This dominos just delivered me a pizza and cheesey bread in the middle of winter storm Jonas. Absolutely amazing. Best dominos in New York City!!!

Waited for pizza for 2 hours. Lied and said they called and rang door bell. Also false we had another delivery come. And when we called back to ask the statues they hung up. Never got our pizza or ordering again.

Yes I did. I was in the village and despite the incredible number of food options here I actually stopped into dominos and decided to eat a dominos pie inside the store! They have 3 small tables for the rare customer like myself that decides to engage in such ridiculous behavior. Hey at $ 3.99 a personal pie plus $ 0.50 a topping I thought why not. During this time I also saw the manager yelling at his deliver guy for what seemed forever and sat next to two European tourists who were reading a map and clearly had no interest in eating pizza. Probably wouldn’t dine in again but I figure I would try at least once

I just ordered a delivery to my building. The tracker said 15 – 20 minutes. It took around 45 minutes. Very slow service.

100% the WORST attitude I had to face over the phone. As seamless went down tonight, I made an order online and it obviously didn’t go through as I never got a confirmation email. So I called them to see if I got my order and the guy was so rude he didn’t even answer me or assure me that things were alright. I ended up ordering over the phone. Over 30 minutes later I got a confirmation email and I quickly called Domino’s back to make sure they didn’t send me two orders. I tried to explain my situation but the guy wouldn’t even listen to me and cut me right off «Take it to seamless. You need to call seamless» he yelled over the phone to me. Eventually I got my concern across and he said of only be sent one. This attitude is deplorable even if Domino’s is a chain. Geez.

I mean, it’s Dominos. It is what it is. It’s clean inside and orders are ready super fast. They also have a couple tables inside if takeout isn’t your speed. But if that’s the case, why are you at Dominos? :p

I called and ordered two pizzas but before I was finished they hung up on me. I called them again and asked if they’d gotten my order and they hung up again, so I didn’t call back and instead wrote this review.

You all are a bunch of haters with your bad reviews. If you don’t like domino’s then don’t order. I order about once a week with my son and they always get it right and get it quick. I’m not going to defend the food any more than I would defend McD’s. There are people that like it and people that don’t. If you like it, these guys will take care of you.

This place sucks — 1 hour minimum for delivery — food always shows up cold and screwed up — do not order from this domino’s

Dominos has really stepped up their game with the gluten free pizza. It’s really amazing and I just got my order in 15 minutes. Piping hot pizza just like i ordered it. Well done!!!

Y’all can judge me but when you’re in one of those moods and don’t give a shindig ya get Domino’s. Like there are levels. The last being McD’s, knowing I’m that badly in need of comfort in the form of junk food.
I mean, I ordered Domino’s, that’s pretty classy if you ask me.

My family loves Domino Pizza and because we are all so busy we
enjoy ordering every so often. Because we like it so
much we tolerate a lot from the local 8^th Street store in NYC. Tonight however it was the last straw, I am done with ordering from
Dominos!
To be brief, the food is never delivered on time, rarely is it
delivered hot and my favorite frequently delivered all crunched up at one end of the box! On this night after waiting almost an hour the delivery man
called several times lost trying to find our home insisting the
address didn’t exist! We ordered from this location hundreds of
times, we are three blocks away! and they still couldn’t find our home, the guy spoke limited English so it was impossible to understand him and impossible to give directions. Then another guy calls me from the store and gets all huffy and starts yelling at me accusing me of giving him the wrong address, finally I hung up and gave up. I am tired of the horrendous service, rude behavior and inconsistent food, I am going elsewhere with my business! Dominos can spend millions on trendy advertising but it is useless if you cannot do a simple thing like deliver a pizza! It’s what I get for not calling Rays!

Don’t order from these guys.
I’ve been a long time customer and they have repeatedly screwed up my orders without caring. I’ve given then chance after chance. But no more. If the drivers don’t care enough to make sure my food makes it to me without being dropped and tossed around the box and then doesn’t even pay attention to any sauce or soda I’m not wasting anymore money. not worth the hassle with all the pizzerias in nyc. This place is a joke.

It couldn’t have been easy to make a raw thin crust pizza, but you guys pulled it off! Good job!

Yeah I’m reviewing Domino’s so shut up and deal with it.
We grew up with amazing pizza in New Jersey, where my parents HAAAATED Domino’s and called it paper pizza. And so it became the forbidden fruit in some ways. When I went to college in Pennsylvania, all hell broke loose. Every time we went out to one of my school’s 27 fraternities, we’d come home and order cheesy bread, breadsticks, garlic sauce, pizza, nom nom nom. Gross. Is it any wonder we all were fat in college?
So I graduated, and smartened up a little, and slowly switched back over to straightforward New York style pizza. My husband is a purist as well, and rolls his eyes at any of these chain restaurants.
However, about twice a year, my urges get the best of me, or hubby goes on a business trip, and I break down and order this crap. The crust is much improved and dusted with garlic, and I like the order tracker on the webpage, which enables me to stalk the status of the pizza, while I salivate on the keyboard. I hate myself.

Look, either you know you like Domino’s pizza, or you know you don’t. I love it, that’s that, I’m not going to try and influence what is probably already made up in your mind.
The reason for this review is that Luis, a (I presume) manager at this location, is incredibly nice. After I mistakenly gave an incorrect address on my order which led to my pre-​paid order being undeliverable, which was completely my own fault, he cancelled the order. He didn’t have to do that, and I didn’t ask him to. It was great customer service.
So! If you already know you like Domino’s, I am here to tell you that this location has a very nice man working for them. Go forth, and eat greasy food in peace.

–sickly sweet tomato sauce
–bland crust salvaged somewhat by the appliqué of faux parm and garlic seasoning
–limp, tepid toppings

Oh wait, that would be my significant other… well it’s cheap, easy to order and mad props to the delivery guy who made it out here in tonight’s blizzard. Still, I’d rather eat the pizza at Lombardi’s or Arturo’s any day! Yes, I have become a pizza snob.
