Duane Reade

I like this DR. It stays open all night ²⁴⁄₇ and is so much more than a pharmacy. Along with medicine, vitamins and female supplies, I get my snacks, some fruits, kitchen items like cleaners, sponges etc and other little gadgets here.
I like that they play with the seasons and it’s fun as a non New Yorker to find out what seasons-​a-​coming by their displays.
The CSRs are awesome! Very pleasant and helpful. They also go beyond as I was assisted several times with «non shopping nothing to do with DR» issues. I like their hiring policies in terms of age as the ages of their employees seem to be a very wide spectrum.
The manager personally comes out and walks around assisting customers with our various inquiries as well.
Kudos to this establishment. I would so like to visit another branch to make a comparison.
