Not the best Dunkin’ Doughnuts and probably not the worst, but it’s still pretty darn bad. Like come on, if you’re not a morning person and you know you can’t deal with people, quit. I don’t like to start off my morning pissed and sipping the wrong drink.

Fucking bitches couldn’t be more rude and discourteous!!! How many times do I have to ask before they buzzed me into the bathroom??? What kind of customer service is that??? BOYCOTT THEM IN THE MORNINGS!!! THEY’RE DEAF AND RETARDED.

I always wanted to have a cup of good latte. And DD is a great choice for myself. Not talk about the customer services because they are just okay. But I am here for coffee and sandwich pretty good

A franchise really has to piss me off to rate a review… I mean, no one expects stellar service. But this is possibly the worst dunkin donuts in America. The last FIVE times I have been in I have waited more than five minutes to even be acknowledged, only to be told that they are out of chai lattes. Once… Ok. Twice… Maybe. Five times over the course of 3 months? Don’t think so.
The staff is a bunch of kids who are always on their phones, as there has never been a manager visible while I was there. I’ve finally learned my lesson here and won’t waste my time going back to this POS again… It’s a shame there aren’t more options for cheap coffee and crappy donuts in my neighborhood, because as long as the service is quick and polite I don’t mind the lack of quality.

Disgusting place, don’t go in if Marina is working there. She will mess up your order/​if you’re that unlucky to eat food for her watch out! She’s the most unhygienic one there.

Can I say i’m extremely disappointed ?
For the pass month they’ve been messing up my orders.
One or twice can be a exception.
I come here literally everyday for breakfast.
Instead of getting glazed donuts I get a jelly donut.
What amuses me the most is that I asked for glazed and he said jelly donut right? and I said no «GLAZED» he still gave me a jelly donut. WAKE UP and pay attention.
Instead of getting a bagel with butter I get a bagel with cream cheese happen to me atleast 3 times ! Which is really annoying and time consuming.
I usually get a Ice Coffee with Half & Half Light and Sweet It never has sugar bits on the bottom. However now it has so much sugar bits it’s like you’re drinking and choking on sugar bits and its not even sweet.
The worst part is when the staff starts catching an attitude.
SMILE it really doesn’t hurt. & Don’t come to work half ass.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a Dunkin Donuts…
I don’t have much to say except this DD store really needs to the door of the restroom… this is the second time someone opened the door on me!!! I’m pretty sure I know how to lock a door -.-
I’ve been here many times to grab donuts or coffee. Staff is friendly.
But I will never use the bathroom here anymore!

Dunkin’ Donuts is as Dunkin’ Donuts does. But I do tend to get nicer, quicker service here than at other locations, and it tends to be kept a little cleaner.

This is a new location, since the last time I reviewed this francise was when it was across the street. Why did I give them a bad rating this time in spite of my review last time? Because a couple of times since then… This particular location doesn’t honor birthday coupons, and what stinks is that they gave the same excuse that the manager wasn’t there. Excuse me, shouldn’t they be trained on the job?

Well after my horrendous meal at Mc Donald’s i decided to try some fresh brew and coffee roll.
Had a Hazelnut coffee medium size. Not bad but not very note worthy either. I am not really picky, but my taste buds will not deceive me. Especially since i drink all my coffee black.
Eeeeeeeh I have had better, ooohhh whats a poor boy to do in search of some decent joe. (Joe) is slang for coffee. Dam hipster doofusses!
