Momen and the other team members always make my early mornings brighter! I have been getting coffee there almost every day for the past two months and have always been satisfied with my order! They always urgently complete orders and smile as you leave! Great DD!

The first time I went in the middle of the day, and got a Boston Crème Donut with a coffe. The donut was great but the coffee was really just a dissapointment. Next time I came a month later and the only thing available was a cold French Crullet Donut. The taste was fine, but I think keeping the donuts warm is a good idea. If you’re coming by, and they have a Boston crème available, then go ahead and give this a shot.

Incredible ineptitude. Waited about five minutes in the mid-afternoon so two nitwit employees to finish an order for two nitwit customers(four iced coffees and a dozen donuts) that required two re-dos, a problem printing the receipt(which of course needed to be printed and then re-printed) and I wound up leaving, walking across the street to CVS and got a Yoo Hoo instead. I’m becoming increasingly convinced that Dunkin’ Donuts will not staff its stores with any employees sporting an IQ above 37, so if you have somewhere important to be, don’t bother visiting this location, unless you too have an IQ that borders on Dunkin’ Donuts employee eligibility. What a clusterf*ck.

Came in at 8:30 on a Friday & the place was closed due to receiving a delivery. I’ve never seen a business run this way. Very foolish.

I got a Boston Crème donut and the Indian dude behind the counter threw it face-down into a paper sack. When I pulled it out, the frosting was completely stuck to the bottom of the sack. Are you deliberately ill-willed or just ignorant?! The donut is FROSTED and it’s 90 degrees outside! What did you think was going to happen?!

I haven’t had Dunkin’ Donuts for years — I walked past it on my 1st late afternoon here and wanted to give it a try. I used to love it as a kid. I especially loved their Boston Kreme variety. This was unlike any Dunkin’ Donuts I went to. It was a flippin’(donut) hole in the wall(I’m sorry — I had to). There were none of my Boston Kreme donuts. In fact, there were only 4 varieties! Plain, glazed, chocolate frosted and vanilla frosted. My inner kid cried, but I still asked for one of each of the frosted. Even though I did not ask for one, the counter person gave me a 3rd donut for free. It threw me for a loop, but I accepted. I returned to my hotel to prepare for my 1st night. Armed with three donuts I did not want. I had a bite of the vanilla — it was stale. Same for the chocolate and the 2nd vanilla. I never had such luck with Dunkin’ Donuts — they are generally good donuts, right? If they were all like this, they would not be all over the east coast… I was going to give a 2nd star because I got a bonus one. It might as well been a bonus turd. Getting the third one upset me even more — it’s horrible customer service to toss off apparently day and a half old donuts to unsuspecting tourists — this is the only logical explanation I have for the slim variety and the consistent staleness of the donuts.

I concur, this may be the worst DD in NYC, certainly on the upper west side. It’s a little sad that this is the DD representing the upper west side. First off it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich and when I did, it was the wrong one(it had sausage on it when I didn’t request it). What’s more is that sausage was no bigger than the diameter of a golf ball, looked rather small and odd for a sandwich sausage. My guess is that is was overcooked and shrunk down to nothing. Also, while watching the guy make my sandwich, he haphazardly threw things around allowing the bagel and egg come in contact with the bare counter/oven area. That can’t be sanitary. Furthermore, the so-called manager must’ve argued with 2 or 3 guests during the duration of my visit – all either complaining about miss orders or being charged inaccurately. It sounded as if this place has about a 20% order satisfaction rate. That can’t be good for business. And would it be terrible to have customer service that’s a little more welcoming instead of having to feel like an inconvenience. My bagel tasted stale and overall, my breakfast was very mediocre. The only positive was the ice tea but there’s not a whole lot that could wrong with an ice tea, though it wouldn’t be shocking to me if somehow this place even got that wrong. UPDATE: The customer service and quality has significantly improved from the first time I went there. It’s now my go-to DD, not that I have many options on the UWS. The staff is considerably more friendly. Perhaps not the most bubbly crowd but who really wants that anyway in the morning. The ice tea here is perfect and the egg sandwiches/bagels are made fairly quick and are decent.

Geez, I don’t know which of the million Dunkin Donuts I’m reviewing on the UWS. This one’s air conditioner was dripping from the ceiling into a bucket because it was the first time in the year they had to turn it on. Made for fun traffic!

Worst. Dunkin. In. Manhattan. I’ve gone up to 10 blocks out of my way to not deal with this place. The worst offender? The young woman behind the counter, which saddens me, because I often find women in the service industry to be exceptionally gracious and hard working. This Dunkin botched my order about 40% of the time, and the young woman would either refuse to speak to me or roll her eyes when I requested my medium iced coffee, milk and sugar, please. Not worth the time.

Donuts are frequently stale and, since this place is kosher, there is no meat on any of the hot sandwiches. Skip it.

Dunkin, your the best. Everytime I visit you, coffee is always amazing. Worth every stop.

Extremely limited selection. No meats of any kind for sandwiches because it’s kosher and the donut purchased at 11 in the morning was stale! I have been to a lot of DD’s. This is by far the most limited in menu and the worst I have been. Fail.

I love DD coffee. Medium decaf with milk and one sugar, in case you were wondering. I always get that with a toasted sesame bagel and cream cheese. No tables at this particular location, which is really the only reason there aren’t 5 stars. Everyone’s always polite and prompt.

Tiny store with a small selection of donuts — but they are fresh and tasty! Unfortunately they were out of caramel sauce so I didn’t buy a latte, they only had Mocha sauce in stock. DD has the best coffee, and I love their lattes. Starbucks is too strong for me — always tastes burnt, I’ve tried it at least 5 times because it is is across the street from me, but their coffee is never satisfying like a cup of DD.

This is the store that busted my Dunkin’ Donuts cherry. And just like my other first time, it was messy and over before I knew it. Tiny store front with a small selection of donuts but I do admit, the glazed was really tasty. But the main reason I came here was for the much talked about coffee. It was pretty good but it was served warm instead of hot. With so many other great coffee options in New York, I doubt I’d return to DD unless I wanted to grab a quick cup on the run. And next time I’ll make sure it’s not lukewarm!
