This place is horrible. I’ve been ignored by staff, I’ve been given the wrong order, I’ve been yelled at by staff, lied to by staff, SCAMMED by staff. and no one seems to speak English. I won’t go back again.

If you want to miss your train and get a blueberry muffin instead of chocolate chip, this is your place. Every morning I come here because it’s on the way to the train station. That will change very soon. It can take over ten minutes to get a drink there during rush hour.

I oft forget that this Dunkies exists, as I usually patronize the Starbucks on Broadway and Dyckman or my dearest Darling Coffee for my tea and pastry fixes pre-work. However, on the morning of non-Blizzard Juno, this Dunkies(and Baskin Robbins) was open unlike its counterparts, blaring«Shake It Off» at full-blast, to boot. It’s large enough, clean, with a good selection of pastries and a friendly staff. I soon had my hot chocolate, Cupid’s Choice donut, and was on my way to the A Train, with an entrance to the 207th stop is pretty much right at the store’s entrance. I need to remember to visit this location more often. It’s one of the better Dunkies I’ve been to in Upstate Manhattan.

I arrive, and there could be a line 10 people deep and the food prep lady will see me and confirm my sandwich order. The girls at the register will hear her and then confirm my drink order. And their lines move mighty quick. By the time I get to the register, I am paying and picking up. NOWAIT.

Idiots refuse to cut the bagel sandwich in half like they’re supposed to. They claim that fruit flies grow inside the groove of the cutting board and dept of health scolded them so it’s their new policy. Somehow every other Dunkin Donuts on planet earth found a way to cut a fu#%#ing bagel in half, as well as every other deli in NYC. Clearly they would rather act like morons and piss off their customers instead of solving THEIR problem.

Was not impressed with their donuts. Their Vanilla Frosted, I thought was a cake donut, was not cakey at all. Do they not make cake donuts? What gives? Maybe I’ll give them another try down the line and play it safe with getting a good ol’ glazed. Their coffee seems to be all the rave. Maybe they should have celled themselves Dunkin’ Coffee. This location closes early 10pm. But you know they open up at the ass crack of dawn aka 5am. PS, DD donut worker, croissants are not vegan as they are made with a shit ton of butter. God help the vegan that bought that croissant. But really, that vegan should have known better.

I do not know what to write… I have gone there once for a tuna-melt and I have tried one of their donuts. I was not amazed. the only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the price. Am I gonna get a sandwich I would rater make one myself and if I am gonna eat the amount of calories that is in a donut I want to make sure that I get the best there is and Dunkin’ Donuts are not it. I tried Baskin Robbins at another place, through a deal they had a year back. Again the deal was great with a 2 for 1 deal but the toppings were much better than the ice-cream.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everybody is so nice. They know what I want and they take care of me right away. I highly recommend it. Don’t forget to give your favorite worker a nice Christmas gift, they will remember you for the rest of the year.

What can I say that has not been said about the 2,422,535 Dunkin’ Donuts in the greater New York city area? You know it’s got donuts, you know its got coffee. You know its got juices, sodas and water. And since its Dunkin’ Donuts, you know its got the snotty employees. Actually, the employees here are not snotty at all. This is in Inwood, all the way up on Broadway. We’re talking even past Washington Heights, son. Basically, i came here to see a friend play at a concert. I just needed something to munch on, there was Dunkin’ Donuts, and the rest, as they say, is history. And yes, they do have ice cream here as well. Best part, its on the same block as Piper’s Kilt.
