This is my favorite DD in the FIDI area. Very quick service, super clean, and my drink always tastes good! A lot of the negative reviews i see are even recent… but I have not had a bad experience here… I have been a handful of times now.

This Locations intentions seem good, but I’ve walked out of this Dunkin Donuts frustrated. Please do not change my order after I tell you what I want, then argue with me when I return it for the thing I actually orderd. *-*

Since the departure of the manager, Koly, for another branch, this location has really gone downhill. The iced coffee is not being made properly and looks and tastes like muddy water. There have also been consistent mistakes in my orders, and I have had to waste a not insignificant amount of time correcting the orders and having them remade.

No words staff sucks big time and like they doing you a favor not just this one few others in the area. Really horrible service seems they are owned by the same person or something because they all act the same. In midtown much better staff and service.

Bad. A disinterested, rude and disrespectful staff that’ll nickel and dime up sell you on every single thing. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks next door.

Absolutely filthy. Table is covered in what looks like a day worth of coffee stains and donut crumbs. Garbage over the top of cans. I’ll pass!

Busy but efficient. Always friendly service. Well stocked on the k-cups too. If you go any time but the morning you won’t be waiting on a line.

These guys do a great job. I walk in every morning before work and they always know exactly what I want. Excellent service!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for a little over a year now since my company moved down to the Financial District. In a part of town where Dunkin Donuts actually might outnumber Duane Reade(and that’s saying something!), it’s not hard to find«your» coffee stop. The folks that run this location are incredible. They’re ridiculously friendly, keep the place spotless, and seem to remember each of their regular customers. Even after a three month span where I wasn’t working downtown, when I returned they remembered me and my usual coffee order! The prices, unlike the hyper-overpriced locations in the West Village and Union Square, are in line with what you would expect from this chain.
