Saw roaches crawling around the store few times already. I will go to local bakery for my coffee.

Saw a customer return a box of donuts because they gave him the wrong ones. The employee proceeded to put them back on the rack along with the rest of the other donuts. You can’t just take a customer’s words and assume that it’s safe to put it back there!

My favorite Dunkin donuts in NYC. They really keep it clean here. Staff is very friendly and most important they get your order right the first time. Coffee is always fresh!

This Dunkin Donuts has a good handful of seats and blasting AC to keep you cool in the summer. The people here are nice. However, their advertised Free Wifi didn’t quite work for me — left disappointed.

The café is clean and they know how to ask you what you want when you go inside, they make your order so fast. And when you go there often (like everyday) they know what you always want.

Finally, a Dunkin that is closer to me. This just opened about a week or two ago and they still have some things to perfect.
The location is clean and the up-​to-​date modern DD. They’re still new and trying to work out the kinks, such as making drinks… I will say, while the guy did take a little long to make my drink, he realized half way through he made it wrong, and redid it (even though it still tasted different).
Regardless, this is a good location for the area and hopefully they figure out to make those drinks faster and make them right the first time around.
