I’ve purchased Security Cameras or CCTV from this business for my Laundromat. They provide solid services during installation and for pre-​purchase questions. The service went down hill immediately after the purchase. I was promised with free trouble shooting for the first year which including parts and labor plus no problem to come to my shop. They were only willing to trouble shoot over the phone or remote controling through internet.
Thank goodness I insisted on buying name brand cameras and they paid off. However, the generic no name made in china DVR died within 1 year and they tried to blush me off for repairing or replacement. Be warned!
I gave 2 stars only because I want to be fair about thier installation service and solid quality of camera. Should really be 1.5 star instead.
