I wish I could give this business 0 stars. They are hands down the least professional company I’ve ever worked with. They are perpetually tardy, forgetful and rude. They once were 2 hours late for an appointment, and when I called to see where they were, they argued with me claiming that I didn’t schedule an appointment, until I forwarded an email from them confirming the appointment. Afterward they sheepishly agreed to come, and neglected to form even a trace of an apology.
On top of poor management, their work is completely sub-​par. They rush through jobs, and leave a mess behind.
Do yourself a favor, if you need any woodwork, use anyone but Elias.
