This place is a hit or a miss. Depends on which lady does your nail. I came here about a few times and they do a ok job. Never had had an pedicure done here but them seem to do a OK job. If you want a full relaxing spa feeling, this is NOT the place. They charge for everything so depending on what shape you get for your nail or design you want to do On your nails .They charge extra. I wish this place was cleaner and the nail technician didn’t have attitude problems but, then again it all depends on who you going to get your nails done by. Some technicians love there job at envy and some simply hate it. They don’t have much color selection for nail polish. Most of the nail polishes are old looking and rusty. Wish they had more polishes !!
A full set of acrylic is $ 17
A gel manicure is $ 20
And a regular pedicure is $ 13

I’ve been going to this place for 5 – 6 years now. Lately I’ve gotten the misfortune of having «Victoria» as the person doing my refills. She cuts my finger and then gets an attitude when I say anything. Today I got tired of the crap and refused to let her finish my nails, so she threatened to call the cops for her $ 13. WTF? And when I asked for the manager, not in. The owner? Doesn’t come in. Everyone’s covering for her. How is this a business? The worst customer service ever!

Worst place ever! The girl tried to polish my toe nails without taking the old polish off!!! My tips look so awful and she cut my finger and did not even say sorry. WTH!

This place gets worse everytime i go. I used to go all the time back in 2010 but stopped when the second location opened. This lady did my nails so badly they were so bulky and crooked i had to tell her take them off then the manager stepped in scolded her on the floor and completed my acrylic set. She didn’t do much better. It’s been 3 days and they look so bad. Cheap but not cute.

They charge an extra 12 dollars for stiletto nails. I don’t mind paying an extra fee for nails but charging almost double the price is nonsense since all you’re doing is filing it into a point. I only went in because my nail technician is out of town. She charges me an additional 5 for stiletto.

First time here for pedicure and nails. I normally go to one specific nail salon in Brooklyn but decided to try this salon since I was in Jamaica. Very large salon… very loud Spanish music playing which should have been playing at a moderate level. They have specials here Mondays through Wednesdays from 10am-​3pm. The technician currently doing my pedicure is a bit rough so I may stick to my regular salon in the future.

to start let me just say if I could give this place a 0 I would. I NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE solely based off of their looks and color choices for nails. One day i was desperate and lazy and honestly did not feel like walking to the nail salon I always go to. so I decided to give this shit hole a try. Not to my surprise this place SUCKED. I paid $ 25 for a full pointy set and my technician fucked every inch of my nails up! On top of the dreadful way my nails looked, the service was completely horrible, talk about a bunch of people who cannot do nails with bad ass attitudes. I honestly do not recommend this place and would advise researching good nail salons before you tread into this one –_​_​-​.

This salon is very basic and specializes in acrylic nails. They offer 10 nail designs for free with your set or fill. They offer hand painted designs, rhinestones, permanent glitter and designer tips.
My fill plus designs came to $ 23.
–Be prepared to wait — fills can take up to an hour. There are only 7 – 8 stations.
–Don’t expect Spa like service. This is definitely a specialty salon.
–Each girl working offers different designs and accessories.
–While there is a sign in sheet, it’s not really used. But I didn’t have a problem when it was my turn.
This is a salon for women who want fancy acrylic nails at a great price. If you’re looking for the full Spa experience or a place to get regular cheap manicures, this is not the place for you!

This review is long overdue. I’ve been to Envy in the past and costumer service is basically nonexistent, walked in wrote name on clipboard, sat and waited 45 minutes, i basically had to ask if anyone is doing tips just to get my nails done. REALLY?!, no one crossed off names or went according to who came in first, WTH! very horrible customer service, and i will not ever step foot into that place again. on another note nails come out OKAY but only last a week and half I’m taking my business to Crazy Nails right down the street, they do a way better job and treat customers better then the ladies at this establishment.
