Made an appointment with Dr. Cohen and he asked that I get a CT Scan to see what was really wrong with me. Upon leaving the receptionist said that they would call me when my tests were in. I never heard back from anyone in that office– after I called several times I finally asked for results to be sent to another doctor. They said they would email me an authorization form to be filled out. I NEVER received that email. After several calls they mailed me the form and asked that I fax it back to them. Every fax number they gave me was not working and the woman at the front desk she didn’t know and to figure it out. I still don’t have an answer and this has been over a month now! The WORST experience ever!
