Excellent boxing/kickboxing work outs, almost like having a private trainer and for that, it’s a very good price. Be warned– it is unprofessional from an administrative point of view which is important to know if, say, you want to actually plan your day and/or it takes you a while to get there; many impromptu schedule changes with no advance notice. You can show up and be told, there is a different class or no class and please work out on your own(which is not a bad thing if you know what to do). My rating is based on the superiority of the work outs as compared with many other classes I’ve tried.

So maybe I’m a little prejudice about this gym/martial arts school, but it’s my home away from home. If you’re looking for an intense workout and the chance to learn a technique that’s very useful, this is the place to be. I’ve been taking Muay Thai Kickboxing for 3 years now at another location. I left that location and joined this school in April 2005. I am still learning Muay Thai, but also San Da Kickboxing. I have enjoyed every second of this school. Every ache and pain, every hurt and sprain. All the girls(myself included) are just as tough as the boys. The Sifu, who is respected by all his students, is great. I love this school, if anyone wants to get into kickboxing, take a chance and check it out.
