Great healthy lunch spot serving both hot and cold options. They stopped me with their crab cake sandwich that was huge and looked amazing. It was warm with cole slaw filling and cheesy covering. When you looking for something to fill you up quick and taste amazing, this is definitely worth a trip. Prices are on the upper side as this is Financial district.

I work across the street so this is my go to place for pasta and salads. I usually get the Santa Fe chicken salad which is good, and I’ve also had the steak salad which I really liked. I love making my own pasta here. Only complain is that sometimes they don’t have simple ingredients like tomatoes or the mesclun salad mix after the lunch rush. Staff is friendly.

Redeemed their $ 5 Levelup launch credit for a slice of expectedly poor & overpriced cheesecake. The staffer who helped was extremely friendly, but the price boards are disjointed and didn’t align with displays below them, and there were mugs obscuring some. Transaction Amount $ 5.76 Credit Applied — $ 5.76 Total Spent $ 0.00

Oxymoron name. Food has no flavor generally speaking. Just got a salad today and there was no dressing! Do not recommend.

I usually get the Quinoa Bowl. Either Southwestern on Moroccan. The food and the price is common for the area. I can’t complain about that. What makes my day every time is the cashier. I never got her name. She is the sweetest thing. She always has a smile, small talk, a short story all while she rings you up. Her line is always long, because people enjoy her. She truly is a gem.

OMG just made a build your own quinoa bowl here and it just arrived. PUKE! I got quinoa, salmon, and roasted veggies. They mixed everything together in teeny tiny pieces — even the salmon. so it’s like some sort of weird fish flavored porridge. and it is drowning in sauce. disgusting.

I was on a quest to find the perfect salad and this place was not even a contender. Flavors, I really wanted to like you! I ordered the Santa Fe salad. It was okay. There are so many salad spots in Fidi that there is absolutely no reason to settle for a salad that is not insanely delicious. On top of the salad being subpar. I really felt like I paid $ 10 for half a salad. Their portions are so small.

Between the friendly staff and quick service, I was a loyal customer for a long time. So why the two stars? The food has gone down hill. I have ordered the same salad(California Cobb) the last few times, and both times have made me sick. Something is not right with their produce, so I refuse to return. Eat at your own risk.

This has to be the most poorly named restaurant in NYC. Unless the«Flavors» they’re going for are«whaaaaaa?» and«TERRIBLE.» I’ve been there three times now(fool me once, I know, go away) and each time has been a phenomenally underwhelming experience. Today I ordered the«Kale Yeah» sandwich which is made of the following: fried egg(fine), avocado(the song«Solid As A Rock» comes to mind), kale(tastes like kale…), «cheddar»(in quotes cause I have yet to see or taste it), sundried tomato pesto(contributing ZILCH to the sandwich), on a brioche(which is both stale AND soggy… you overachiever, you). I cannot emphasize enough how NOT delicious this place is. But the staff is nice, so TWOSTARSFORYOU!

just had the tuna melt with turkey chili soup and it certainly did not disappoint!., However the chocolate chip walnut cookie should have been labeled«for bland tastebuds only»., if I knew that I would have added my own sweetener! I will never try that cookie again., When I reach for the sweets, it’s sweets I want!..

This place is «ok». Nothing to write home about. They are open for breakfast and lunch and I’m a main breakfast customer. They pride themselves on being a healthy option and it’s true but the food is a little bland. For breakfast I have a large bowl of oatmeal and occasionally bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. They only serve turkey bacon FYI. I’ve had penne a la vodka for lunch and it was decent but I had to season it myself. They have one great cashier. Jenine. She always so pleasant.

OK spot for lunch. Their salads are good and filling. Very loud and crowded. The men in the salad bar are always rude and in a rush. Seems like they are in a perpetual bad mood. Go here if you have no other options. Don’t recommend for a lunch date with a Co worker. Too loud to be able to have a conversation.

Work spot… I usually have breakfast here. Server knows mostly all that frequent this restaurant and have the orders memorized. Breakfast is made to order and it’s made to order. Food is good and made quickly. For breakfast I don’t usually tip but I do here because of the attention you get here.

Thought I’d pick up some breakfast from this place and then take it to work. Placed my order and waited and waited. This was my first time at this place, so I couldn’t tell among all the chaos if that’s just how they normally are. Apparently the guy forgot about me. If I didn’t speak up, I would’ve kept waiting forever. That annoyance aside, this was by far the worst sausage, egg, and cheese wrap of my life! I didn’t think it was possible to screw up such a simple staple. The egg was overcooked and dry. The sausage patty was some kind of bland piece of not sure what with absolutely no flavor. The cheese… just two slices of yellow american cheese, which didn’t even melt. And the wrap was very reminiscent of chewing on paper as a kid.

Not coming here again. Wanted a salad. Asked for avocado. They were out of avocado. Asked for cucumber. They were out of cucumbers. Fine, not the end of the world, since I came at 1:30. However on top of this the woman at the register didn’t give me the correct change back, shorting me pennies. I asked what happened and she said«oh, people tend to just throw them on the counter». So that’s your excuse to short people on the correct change? I’m not cheap, it’s more the principle of the matter and it happened to me twice today.(Other incident was at Variety Café).

Flavors have perfected their work flow. It’s like a deli where you order what you want from different stations. There is a hot and cold sandwich station where they have been made. Large variety of soups. At pasta station you can decide the different toppings. Also a salad station. Since their pricing is pretty uniform, the checkout process is quick.

I tried the falafel panini… I regret it. Their turkey chili is okay though.

I order delivery from this Flavors for lunch when I’m in the mood for a salad or pasta. The salads offer lots of various mix-ins(with few of them resulting in an extra fee), and the vegetables are always fresh. They’re pretty big, they stuff the plastic containers to the top so I’m rarely still hungry after having their salads(unlike some of the fancier restaurants in the area where the salads are very small). I like the«make your own» pasta selections. They offer a variety of pasta types(I usually go bowties) and several different sauce options. They also have many mix-ins for the pasta as well(and not many with extra fees too!) While not the biggest pasta portions I’ve seen downtown, I’m never full and every order comes with a bread roll. Oddly, they claim their sandwiches are«award winning,» but I never found them to be that good. Regardless, for a simple salad or pasta, flavors always delivers. As long as you aren’t expecting more from them, you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Grabbed a quick steak sandwich at Flavors for lunch the other day. The location is brightly lit, spacious feeling(compared to other delis), and feels brand new and clean. Service is okay — they get things done, but don’t expect too many smiles. Prices are par for the area. The sandwich was okay. Nothing too fancy or bad. We’ll give things another try later, maybe after I try the pasta or soups.
