Gabriella New York Bridal Salon

It has been a busy weekend of wedding dress shopping, and I had thought I had found my dress before entering Gabriella’s, but I decided to give this store a shot since I hate canceling appts last min.
Upon entering, I was greeted by Anna who was very sweet and welcoming. The salon was spacious and lovely and I could tell there were many dresses to choose from and was already feeling overwhelmed.
Anna created tons of ease as she guided me through the racks of dresses and was ready to answer my questions. Most importantly, she suggested dresses I hadn’t considered before, and I really appreciated her guidance. I had a specific budget in my head for my dress, so it was helpful to have her keep me on track as we found gorgeous dresses that worked for my budget.
While my mom and girlfriends waited in the main room, Anna helped me in and out of many dresses and she was a pleasure to talk to and it had felt like we were long-​time friends already! I can’t say enough what a joy she was to work with on this emotional day, having someone kind with incredible expertise was perfect.
I felt so beautiful during this experience and ended up finding my dream gown here. Highly recommend this store and ask for Anna, she’s the best! :)

I made an appointment to hopefully find my dream dress here but unfortunately because I was a minute late they cancelled my appointment.
I explained that I was driving from Long Island and was met with major traffic and I was parking downstairs and they told me «this is the policy, I could come another day.» Well, another day my Mother who flew into NY just to dress shop with me would not be there. I couldn’t believe they didn’t even make an attempt to accommodate me. She just said this was their policy and that was that.
Anyway, I am so so happy I didn’t go to this store because after I got turned away I purchased two gowns at Glamour Closet just a few minutes away. It was an incredible experience with no time limits and no appointment needed. Thanks For turning away my business — I would’ve never found my perfect gowns!
