Glow Spa

I schedule a valentines day package for me and my bf who was also his bday. I was told i was going to get rose pedals and a glas of champagne for the package. We got complimrntary mimosas or champagne as soon as we came in. I didnt get the rose pedals on the bed. i didnt pay much mind to that because i had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Starting from the front desk gentleman he was so prefessional and curtious. Mayoli did my bf facial, he literally looks 10 years younger. I forgot to ask for the name of my aesthetician but she did my facial and massage. She was amazing with my facial. My face looks so clean, althought i am a massage therapist myself she did good in the massage area. I will recomend my friends and family. My bf had another lady massage him, I dont know her name but she was amazing her techniques were awesome. I will b returning very soon for more facials and treatments. Thank you guys

I am so happy I stumble upon this salon in my neighborhood! I had waxing done. I was nervous because it was a long time since I had been waxed. The woman that attended me was very nice, she walk me through it, and constantly checked with me to make sure I was not in any pain. I am very happy with the price as most place in the city charge a lot for waxing. I will definitely go back! Plus the owner was very nice to me. I think this is a wonderful salon.

Absolutely amazing experience, left feeling like jello. Very clean and professional. I have a lot of previous injuries and I work on my feet so I’m always in pain. Sara was very knowledgeable, knew all the pressure points and I will definitely be back.

amazing place … ive been coming here since august! very clean place and im extremely picky but i can definitely say everything i get done here is a 1 quality and i love that ! also the staff is very polite, not once in the 3 months ive been coming here have i not been satisfied … i recommend this place to everyone!

If I could give no stars I would. It’s ashame that the ambience is damaged by lack of professionalism. I went here for a wax and the lady did not follow osha guidelines. Nor did she finish her job. I had to remove the wax from my own arm and in the middle of the wax she left to get the owner because she clearly couldn’t clean the mess she made. There was no apology from neither her nor the owner in fact they still wanted me to pay after she cut my arm from going over the same spot over and over again. I would definitely stick to Narssices Spa this one is a no go.

Awesome new spa on Dyckman, A must I recommend it to everyone. The customer service is amazing, you get greeted by their warm award-​winning staff right away you get spoiled with their complementary mimosas, detox water, fruits cheeses & much more while you wait. Now the facial was by far the best I ever had plus they’re massage left me feeling like a million bucks fully rejuvenated … Can’t wait till my next appointment

The Staff are AMAZING, POLITE and COURTEOUS.
What i love the most about this Spa is their hours. They’re open till 9 pm, most spa close at 7 or 8pm. Also, as soon as you step in they offer you something to drink.
I had the pleasure of getting my Post-​Op massages with Ingrid, whos such a sweetheart.
I def would reccomend this spa to all my friends and family.

I have nothing but good things to say about Glow Spa! I am SO happy that this little gem is in Inwood and there is no longer any need to trek further downtown for an out of this world spa experience. The manager is super accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable. the spa itself is gorgeous and clean. and they provide amazing service! I’ve been there twice now for facials and microdermabrasion. The treatments were thorough, relaxing and made my skin look amazing. AND they offer mimosa’s! The prices are also great AND you don’t ever feel like you’re being rushed or they’re following «a playbook” — they really address your specific needs. All around a great addition to the neighborhood! I can’t wait to try their other services!

Had an amazing experience at this local Inwood spa yesterday. I got the one hour facial plus the one hour massage. Loved it. Very clean place and unparalel customer service.

I’m so glad I was able to receive a Hot Stone massage today. The location is clean and very accessible to public transportation. The staff were very pleasant, thanks for making me feel as light as a feather!

Glow Spa gives a great Brazilian wax. I’ve been there twice for a sugar Brazilian wax and I’ve been very happy with the results. Ingrid is great and the place is very clean, professional, and welcoming. I definitely recommend using sugar instead of traditional wax.

Superb service and excellent staff! Every time I go to Glow spa I leave even more pleased than I did the last time. They really do a great job when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of beauty treatments. They are always honest and very helpful with their recommendations. I have done regular facials, plasma injections, and waxing. I can be difficult to please at times but I was highly impressed with the results of all three treatments. I love this place and won’t see myself going anywhere else! I have sent them 5 close friends of mine for sugar waxing and not one of them had a complaint about the spa. I will continue going to this spa and referring more of my friends as well bc why keep this gem all to myself?

I just had one of the best facials ever!!! What a wonderful experience. Everything from the décor to the personalized attention. The staff was so professional and attentive. My aesthetician was Veronica and she was amazing. My skin feels great and looks even better can’t wait to come back!

HANDS DOWN BEST SPA IN INWOOD!!! I’ve never been so comfortable getting waxed until I came to this spa. They made every second of my stay veryyyyy comforting. One thing I loved is that they aren’t money hungry like other places I’ve gone. They ask you questions and make recommendations, if you don’t want what they recommended they won’t push you to get it done. They have alot of patience which was really appreciated because my waxing session hurt alot. The lady that did my wax did an amazing job, she gave me breaks and spoke to me through the whole thing. This is now my go to spa for everything.

All I can say is: Amazing!
You would think as an uptown spa the service may be so-​so, but not at all! Their attention to detail went beyond my expectations, and I have been to many a spa –always leaving feeling satisfactory.
I’ve had the pleasure of a microdermabrasion, a facial, and eyelash extensions and loved each service.
Will be a mainstay customer!
