We were close to buying two hats we fell in love with, but I was so turned off by rude staff we left; we were snapped at twice, and the employee seemed frazzled by the few people in the store. When I asked questions about my hat, the employee could only offer generalities and seemed apathetic. Another employee burst out laughing when I put a hat on (it looked great, so it was really bizarre…) We will stick with the West Village location for future Goorin Bros. shopping.
