I visited this shop since I learned it is the oldest Haagen Dazs in Manhattan. The building is beautiful and the staff was very nice. Will go back next time in the neighborhood.

I love this shop because of its friendly staff. Honestly, the icecream is no different from other Haagen-​Dazs shops. Howeber, each time I walk in this shop I feel I am stepping into a friend’s place.
They make icecream cake. With the manager’s help I was able to get one with my favorite photo on it as a gift to my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary!

If you are walking past it, save yourself when you can. I walked in for a coffee (Not a huge icecream fan) and ended up with $ 12 bill. While I wished to undo 5 min of my past life, the first sip of the coffee soothed my soul instantly. Its rich, smooth and strong (the man’ you say?). Its orgasmic! There I said it. However I hear and understand and Mott St has a legacy of this, other Haagen Dazs might disappoint, don’t blame me. My poverty might not allow me to give in each time, I will steal my moments. #MuchLove
