I’m lucky to have Dr. Hart as my primary care doctor. She’s smart, funny, empathetic, and respected. She takes time to explain things in plain English and then patiently answer all your questions. I trust her judgment, since she’s made good calls for me(and my husband, who’s also a patient). When I need to find a specialist, she always suggests someone at the top of their game. Her office: On the plus side, there’s a lab in the same building, so you can run down and get a simple test done conveniently. The negative is that the space is designed in a way that secludes her staff behind a wall, so that you have to stand at a little window until someone notices you. Sometimes I get frustrated at being ignored and just walk in to get her assistant’s attention. But that’s my own damn impatience. Maybe Dr. Hart can prescribe something for that?
