Customer service is everything. I have been coming here for nearly 4 years. I like DEEP tissues massage and I pendulum between this place and Asia Wholeness. Both are reasonably priced, no frills, very deep tissue massge. However after todays experience I will not go back to Holistic. I called to make a last minute appointment and the lady (who usually massages me) said she was busy but would free a little later which I was fine with. But then before hanging up, she said if I didnt mind there was male masseur available — I had no problem so I went ahead. I must say this man had never massaged anyone before — I will be writing to authorities to see if he even has a license. I could hear her giving him instructions in chinese. I had ask for 60 minutes plus cupping. What usually happens is that they massage the back, put the cups on and then continue so it is a full 60 minute session. This guy finished a very shoddy massage in 40 minutes and then she came to put the cups on and yelled at him so he literally played with my head for 20 minutes. Also, usually when the cupping is done, they remove the cups and massage each bruise to reduce to inflamation. In this case cups were removed and he patted me down for 2 minutes and it was over. As I said, I am sorry to lose this place since I love it and it is close to my office but I do not like to be cheated. Not a good move for just 60 bucks.

Brand new location on 34^th street. Leeya is fantastic — firm hands and knows how to work your knots. Left feeling revitalized without a dent to the wallet. Highly recommend.

It is a right place to go if you mean to get a real massage. I’ve tried a few other places until I found Liya, and she is the best. They just relocated this new location and it is still clean, quiet, and they are still the best in this neighborhood. You must try the hot stone when you are there. $ 55 an hour? Worth every penny!

I didn’t want to but I was in need. And Eaux mai frickin gawd, it was amazing. I mean it hurt. But it was so good. I gotta ask for a raise.
