I came in on a Sunday afternoon and waited in their seating area for one hour and thirty minutes. All I wanted was a pedicure. Ridiculous and clearly understaffed. The wait honestly isn’t worth it. Just go somewhere else.

I love the service and the staff!!! I’ve never had a bad experience. Very clean and they accommodate all their customers.

Unfortunately the manicure only lasted a week :(not sure what happened but because the polish was yellow I could see where it was lifting around my cuticles, specifically my left index finger which I fiddle with a lot because that is my dominant hand. So minus one star for that but I’ll visit again to see if it’s just a fluke!

My second time there with another person who did my nails, horrible!!! My pinky nail is crooked, not properly shaped, acrylic is thick and bumpy, tip of my nail is side ways DO NOT GO THERE! Guy was getting upset at me because I wanted my nails a certain way so he started being rough with me and slamming his nail equipment on the desk, pushing my hand hard away from him horrible service never will I be going there again

Very pleased… initially wanted to have Lillian do my mani/​pedicure, but despite getting there at 10am she was already busy. However, the lady (wish I remembered her name) that did my nails did an awesome job! I have natural nails and as a physician I usually stick with «safe» colors/​lengths. My manicurist lady made a suggestion to spice up my typical gel manicure and I love it!
I’m only subtracting a star because they charge $ 3.50 to use your debit/​credit card. There is an ATM that charges $ 1.50, but depending on your bank that may still add up to $ 3 once the bank charges their fee. For the price, cards should be accepted without penalty.

I’ve been here several times. I usually just get a regular mani and pedi but last month I got tips. I just really wanted the stiletto look. The workmanship was great and my nails lasted a month. Today I went back got a more natural looking length and I absolutely love it. I’ll post a pucture.
I waited way to long walked in at 5 40 ish and left at 8: 15. There were a lot of people and a lot of employees but it was just way to many people. Prom season, graduations etc.
I will definitely come back and will recommend to others.

I got my nails done less than a freakin week ago. It’s NO REASON why they are looking like this already. I started coming her because I love how attentive they were when it came to nails. I feel like they are falling off. I probably won’t ever come back here after this

Just left jade, I got my eyebrows done. They did an amazing job. I’m just visiting from Virginia and they did better than my favorite salon.

This place used to be better… perhaps it depends on who does your nails or what day of the week you come in. This is my 5^th time here and I don’t think I’m coming back.
The man who did my nails (guy with blondish hair and a bunch of tattoos) was rushing, used too much of the power tool to file my nails AND cuticles, and kept squeezing my hands too hard while filing and painting. He even left paint around my nails and didn’t clean the edges up when he finished. I had to go back and ask him to. In addition, they always forget to apply hand lotion at the end!

Always a pleasure at this neighborhood spot! Staff are friendly and fast, my nails always look great and their service has always been fantastic.

Clean & affordable! Lots of color choices, however not that many brand name polishes if that matters to you.

Love love love them, not only are they the nicest people they value their customers. I am a loyal customer and I have yet to make a complaint. My fav technicians are Kevin & Lillian, love them!

This salon is so nice — one of the biggest nail salon’s I’ve been too with two sides — about 10ish chairs for nails on one side and 10ish chairs for pedicures. The salon is very clean and their practice is also very sanitary — lined pedicure basins and disposable files. The staff members are also really friendly.
I got a spa pedicure by Marcy who did a wonderful job. Very thorough. My nails were done by Lillian and she did a fantastic job. I was planning on getting a simple gel manicure and she asked me if I wanted a design so I told her if it’s something simple — sure! She ended up placing individual pieces of glitter on my nails in a simple yet elegant design. She was also very thorough and very patient (and fast)!
Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Great salon, staff, products, and service!

I’ve been desperately searching for a nail salon in Harlem and i finally found one I love !! The salon is a very nice size, clean, with up to date appliances. I went on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment, so I assumed I would have to wait. When I arrived, I was greeted very kindly and was told I would be taken right away. I was getting a full set and they had the prices clearly listed by shape. I like square nails so it was $ 28. I ended up spending $ 36 (not including tip) because I decided to go for gel polish. My nail technician, Judith, was amazing and very delicate. She put in WORK on my nails and made sure everything was perfect. I was soooo pleased when I left. I will definitely be back !!!

I went around lunch time, it was pretty empty. They are a big place with nails on one side and pedicures on the other side. They are very clean and accept debit/​credit cards. They have an amazing color selection and are very detailed in getting you what you want. They charge you for the shape of your nail, the length etc. I got a fill in which was $ 18 it was awesome! And I got them done by Mr C who did a great job!
I will definitely return!

People, make sure that you ask your price upfront. I got fight with a cashier who said that my shellac French pedicure ($ 45) and paraffin regular manicure ($ 20) will coast $ 65, and I agreed.
After all I found out that the total price is $ 85, wtf??? Of course I doubled check the price on price list, and even there says regular paraffin manicure is coast $ 20, not a $ 40…I showed him a price list that I took on the same day… and guess what cashier says to me… «Oh, that’s an old price list…». Are u f… g kidding me!!! Also He said that he never told me that it will coast a $ 65… I got very pissed, well it’s not my problem if they price list is old, upgrade it than !!! After he said some not very nice things to me like thanks God my gf not like you… Heh, thanks God my bf not like you, an idiot!!! He was screaming at me and I get very angry and upset!!!
I said to him that I’m not gonna pay more than on a price list is showed and which price we agreed at the beginning.
He is very horrible men, who can’t handle this kind of job, who can easily start screaming at the customers and tried to overcharge you!!! Such an unprofessional sign!!! I never gonna return to this place, I better pay more but feel as a princess than like a shit!!!
Also I got a manicure and French pedicure by Eddie, he did Ok job, 1 star is his!!!

I really wanted to like this place. It’s extremely clean and they use a new nail files and buffer on each client which is a huge plus. However my gel– mani lasted for two weeks but my pedicure only lasted for one day. You heard me, one day! $ 20 for a pedicure that chips and peels after a day is no Bueno. I’ve gotten pedicures for over 20years and this has NEVER happened to me before.

I love this place… nothing more to say! Clean, friendly, creative… oh, and clean! I have been here several times and have yet to be disappointed.
Lillian is my go-​to for nails!

Came here for the first time the other night and had a great experience. This place is brand new, all the equipment were new and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I was greeted and taken care of (ask for Lillian, she’s the greatest). I got a gel mani done and had the best pedicure ever. I got the spa treatment and my legs felt so smooth (like a baby’s butt). I really recommend coming to this place– it’s new, modern, sanitary, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I love the atmosphere here.
The staff are super friendly and attentive.
I walked in and was greeted.
I was assisted in picking out my colors and given suggestions. It was especially helpful to be guided towards colors that will transition from summer to fall. Most tools are disposable — lessens the risk of infection.
They even use sink liners for the pedicure stations.
And…i notice filters for the air…
So ladies… i give this place a proud 5 Stars
